Fish nor Fowl is an American restaurant on Penn Avenue in the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh. It is the most ambitious and forward-thinking project from creators Richard DeShantz and Tolga Sevdik. The interior features a verdant, three-dimensional living wall, an open kitchen and long tables with lots of bright colors throughout. They have an evolved perspective on the usage of ingredients and preparations and incorporate flavors from around the globe to create a wholly unique cuisine.
