Chef Luca Della Casa leads Nonna Osteria, a restaurant located in the Fairmount Hotel. He has created a menu that includes simple staples, like arancini, pasta bolognese and margherita pizza as well as more innovative dishes like octopus, wild boar and fritters with salt cod. The standout pizzas are the Capriciosso, made with mozzarella, Andujia Sausage, Spicy Coppa, Black Olive, Bell Pepper, Pickled Onion and Oregano, and the Cinghiale, with Fontina, Braised Wild Boar, Zucchini and White Onion. They also have a fantastic wine and beer list.
