Robata Grill, the delicious Japanese restaurant located in the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, offers an excellent fine dining experience to both locals and tourists alike. The prime location on the Strip makes it an easy place to head for dinner and some of the best ramen in Las Vegas. They serve up fresh sushi and specialty rolls and a long menu of sharing-style platters. Sit in the warm and sophisticated dining room and you can see the chefs preparing handcrafted rolls with super fresh ingredients. Try the Chicken Ramen or the Spicy Seafood Ramen with lobster, shrimp and mussels.

Sushisamba is one of the most unique and eclectic restaurants in Las Vegas. Located inside the famous Palazzo Hotel and Casino, it serves a mix of Peruvian, Japanese and Brazilian cuisines and the menu is full of fun and funky fusions including meats cooked on a robata grill, sushi and street foods. They also have an extensive list of sakes, fruit cocktails and spirits to imbibe with a meal or snacks. A must try is what many consider to be the best ramen in Las Vegas, their tonkotsu version with berkshire pork belly, sweet tamago, bamboo shoot and bean sprouts.

Sushi Roku got its start in Los Angeles and became so popular that the owners opened this outpost in the newly expanded Forum Shops on the Las Vegas Strip. It serves a variety of critically acclaimed Modern Japanese fare in a casual elegant environment and is a favorite among both locals and tourists. The menu features an array of hot and cold specialty appetizers and many exotic entrees. In addition to all of the small plates, they have plenty of entrees and an amazing Ramen option - they serve it Hakata style with a Spicy Miso Pork broth.

Momofuku is chef David Chang’s newest restaurant from his wide collection in the United States and Canada. He and Executive Chef Michael Chen worked together to come up with the menu of Japanese treats, both traditional and modern interpretations. This restaurant, located inside of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, is Momofuku’s first restaurant on the West Coast. Diners can sit in a lovely, elegant atmosphere and try some of the mouthwatering small plates, like the Chicken Karaage, Yellowtail Sashimi and Shrimp, before moving on to one of the ramen options, like the Black Winter Truffle Ramen, the Pork Ramen or the Chickpea Ramen.
