The service is thoughtful. The eight dining areas, one of which is a piano bar, are snug and cosmopolitan. And, in terms of quality, the USDA Prime beef comes from the highest .005 percent of beef. All in all, III Forks is a terrific place to escape the rush of daily life and linger over a glass of wine and some of the best steak in Austin.
