El restaurante Trabocco aporta algo nuevo y emocionante a Alameda, California. El chef y propietario Giuseppe Naccarelli presenta un menú de platillos clásicos de la gastronomía italiana con un toque moderno, inspirados en la oferta de la temporada y con la influencia de la gastronomía de la región de Abruzzo, de donde es originario. Un trabocco es un muelle de pesca único que se encuentra en Abruzzo, sobre la costa Adriática. El arquitecto y diseñador Lev Weisbach del estudio Weisbach Architecture|Design se inspiró en los hermosos trabocchi (muelles) de Abruzzo cuando creó su espectacular diseño.
