La atención fue muy buena desde el momento que llegamos, te tratan por tu nombre muy amables y te ofrecen la mesa que quieras súper simpáticas todas, la comida me pareció espectacular. La crema de edamames con tostones es algo fuera de lo común y no pueden dejar de pedirla me pareció wowwww!!! Y los tostones con pimienta divinossss, el arroz trufado es wowww los platos son grandes incluso dejamos bastante comida les recomiendo ir pidiendo 2 luego 2 así, las alitas. De pollo dulces estaban normal. Los tragos si no me gustaron mucho. El tataki de atún con la salsa divino divino. Y en cuanto el ambiente está bonito el sitio la luz indirecta también. Sin embargo cuando entramos olía mucho a baño y eso si deberían poner para el olor y estar pendiente de la limpieza rápida de los baños y modernizaría más el sitio ya que la comida y atención está muy buena y repetible ! Me encantó.

Fuimos a celebrar San Valentín day y fue una bonita experiencia, cuando llegamos nos lavaron las manos con agua y esencias especiales, nos pareció muy acogedor y diferente. Una vez adentro ordenamos el Cholo power (que para nuestro gusto estaba un tono subido de sal) y los anticuchos de corazón que estuvieron realmente deliciosos, de tomar pedimos chicha morada a la cual le tuvieron que colocar un poco de syrup porque no se sentía realmente ese dulcito que la caracteriza pero cuando nos la arreglaron quedó espectacular, también ordenamos el MAYU sour (flight) lo cual nos encantó. Para el mains ordenamos el Tagiatelle a la huancaina con pulpo el cual estaba un poco duro pero el manager se encargó de cambiarnoslo y luego quedó exquisita y el Ducks con arroz norteño que estuvo de locura (súper rico). Es un lugar hermoso, elegante y la atención estuvo 10/10, si volveríamos a ir porque ir una sola vez no es suficiente para probar ese sabor peruano que los caracteriza.

El restaurante y salón Juvia tiene casi 1.000 m² de zonas cubiertas y exteriores y se encuentra en el ático del aparcamiento 1111 Lincoln Road, que fue diseñado por la firma arquitectónica Herzog & de Meuron. Los propietarios y gerentes son Jonas y Alexandra Millan, los fundadores del restaurante Bonito St. Barth. La zona de comedor de Juvia cuenta con un jardín vertical que representa la exuberante selva tropical de Amazonia, diseñado por Patrick Blanc, un botánico de renombre internacional. Los chefs son Laurent Cantineaux, protegido de Daniel Boulud, Sunny Oh, anteriormente el genio culinario del Nobu South Beach y el chef de repostería Gregory Gourreau, que ha trabajado con Alain Ducasse y Francois Payard. Buena atención. Buena comida. Pero la música estaba demasiado fuerte. Y a medida que avanzaba la noche la subían cada vez más.
