Llegamos antes a la reservación y nos sentaron sin problema. Desde que llegamos el trato fue cortés. Nos explicaron los platos y nos dieron opciones todo estuvo riquísimo. Muy agradecidos.

Perry’s es un excelente steak house, el chop rib con salsa de manzana es muy bueno, los cortes excelentes y les recomiendo el corn brûlée para acompañar los steak. La carta de vinos es muy buena y hay vinos de todos los precios, por cierto que el cabernet de Perry’s es fantástico y tiene excelente relación calidad/precio

Michelin Starred Stubborn Seed is the result of pairing unrelenting passion with an unapologetic approach. It aims to unearth cravings of the palate while constructing a reward in each bite. This philosophy takes honest ingredients and elevates them. At the helm is 2022 James Beard Award Semi-Finalist and Bravo’s Top Chef Season 13 Winner, Chef Jeremy Ford. In 2022, 23,24, and 25 Stubborn Seed was awarded one Michelin star and one Green Star in 2025 in the highly coveted inaugural Florida guide.

A tasting menu only restaurant, with the option of a la carte service or the tasting menu at the bar. Reservations are available for table service and also available for the bar.
