El nuevo menú mantiene la fidelidad a su estilo y refleja la interpretación que Adam hace de los grandes clásicos, en un entorno relajante y asequible. La cocina presenta un menú de 3 platos con 6 entradas/platos fuertes y postres, todos a un precio individual. La oferta de vinos mantiene una excelente relación calidad precio con la lista del chef (solo hay que añadir el IVA y el descorche). La carta ha aumentado en calidad y cantidad y se ha extendido a 400 etiquetas que están expuestas en la bodega de la primera planta.

El Bentley's, ahora en su décima década, abrió por primera vez sus puertas en 1916, en el mismo antiguo y hermoso edificio victoriano que ocupa hoy en día y ahora se ha convertido en un restaurante emblemático de Londres. Al chef Richard le ofrecieron la posibilidad de restaurar la antigua gloria del Bentley's cuando se puso a la venta en 2005 y este aceptó el desafío. Una vez más, abrió sus puertas al gran reconocimiento crítico sirviendo ostras, pescados y mariscos al igual que desde 1916.
