Embark on a culinary adventure unlike any other at BLACKOUT, a fascinating dining experience just off the Las Vegas Strip. Sitting in total darkness, your sense of taste and smell are completely heightened as you feast on a plant-based, multi-course, mystery meal of wonderful specialties.

Upon arrival at BLACKOUT, you're greeted by the friendly and entertaining staff. Next, you're led into the pitch-black dining room where your meal can begin. Taste and touch your way through a delicious lunch or dinner, one dish at a time.

At the end of your meal, the staff escorts you back to the lobby. Head back out into Vegas happy that you've had a truly unique sensory experience that you won't soon forget.

The Blackout dining experience is $89.95/per guest and includes admission and a seven course prix-fixe dinner.

Due to popular demand, reservations for BLACKOUT's Dining in the Dark are required.

Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails serves New American cuisine with French and Mexican influences from Chef and Owner Elia Aboumrad. Cocktails are curated by Bar Program Manager Skylar Sanders and his bar team.

The American bistro offers starters including Artisan Corn Dogs and French Onion Dip Caviar Service; classic French onion soup and a zesty, rich gazpacho gelee; classic mains including Steak Frites, Christian's Boom Bang Burger, Elia's cripsy Duck Confit with seasonal garnish, and Elia's signature Pork Shank in Here & There sauce.

Guests will find a variety of vegetable-forward dishes like the Wild & Cultivated Mushroom Puff Pastry Tart with Ver Jus Sauce, Cast Iron Ratatouille, Potatoes Pureé an ode to Joël Robuchon.

Desserts are abound with chef Elia's signature Mexican Hot Chocolate Crème Brulée and her interpretation of the classic Pavlova.

Each course come as a surprise and the menu changes every month to pair with our selection of French wines. The Garden is a fresh, new concept created by nightlife empresario, Eduardo Cordova. It is an intimate and chic LGBTQ lounge bar located in the Art District in Downtown Las Vegas. The Garden dives into an untapped market in the Las Vegas community championing craft cocktails, light bites, and an indulgent ambiance.

We have a 90-minute time limit per reservation. Guests are encouraged to join us on the patio garden for continued drinks after their reservation has finished. Our kitchen closes nightly at 10:30 pm but cocktails will continue until closing.

Please text our hosts at 702-608-3423 to book VIP Bottle Service, special events, and private parties.

Reservations at 10 pm or later guarantee entrance into The Garden, but tables may be reserved for VIP Bottle Service.
