✨ Happy Monday ✨ Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending the Raise Your Spirits🍹: Happy Hour event at @merchantmadison! It was the perfect way to kick off this week back to work, spending time with friends and meeting other @madisonhummingbirds. Though I’ve visited @merchantmadison several times for drinks, food, brunch, and their late-night scene, I’d never tried their appetizers until now. The spread was amazing! I stuck to the shrimp ceviche cucumber cups due to my dairy allergy, and they were so fresh and flavorful that I had at least six of them. I also enjoyed a delicious and refreshing non-alcoholic drink with mango and orange. Meeting the owner of @merchantmadison and hearing about the restaurant’s journey was a highlight. @Merchantmadison is one of the most beautiful and Instagram-worthy spots in Madison, with fantastic cocktails and food. My favorite dish is the fried Wild-Caught Lake Superior Whitefish, and my go-to drink is the Lavender Haze.
