Came for Blues music. However, it wasn't blues playing. But the music was good. I ordered the rueben, it was good but lacked meat. Brisket was salty.

We were very disappointed that the brisket potato, brisket platter and burnt ends were all off of the menu. The chicken wings were busy. We had buffalo and dried rub, but sometimes less is more. Too much honey butter on the cornbread. Again, less is more.

Banana pudding was runny and a little off, maybe like bad milk had been used. Was frozen in the middle and thawed around the edges. Chili was thin, I would have liked a heartier version.

We attended Motor on an evening that music was offered. The entertainer was outstanding; the new menu was not. Outside of a few sandwich and salad choices, the menu offered various meats served with Texas toast and a pickle. The only option for variety was a platter for nearly $40. I prefer sampling a few items at a lower price. Our server was great but the place seemed severely understaffed. Overall, I would not discourage people from eating at Motor. Just be aware that the menu is not what it once was.

We had a good experience at Motor; unfortunately, they didn’t show the Packer game; even though a football game was on when we first arrived.

When I arrived there, I was surprisingly informed that there was no reservation under my name. When I said that I have booked through Open Table app, the lady told me they don’t use this app anymore. We could seat anyway, but the food arrived almost cold, after we waited for 50/60 min.

The Motor was not top choice as a restaurant because we are not Harley fans. But it was close to event downtown and had a menu that everyone could agree upon. The restraint theming and even a blues performance was excellent. It was a little loud, but the music was so good no one really complained about it. Our waitress was amazing. She made it very easy to order food and explained everything for my mom and my in-laws. I cannot explain how happy we were with her patience and positive attitude. Everyone was talking about much like our waitress and the restaurant that night. We had bunch of different food (bbq, shrimp, salad, cheese curds, chili, etc…). But the bbq platter and the beer salad seemed to be some of the favorites. Also please save room for the apple/cranberry cobbler, everyone loved it….the brownie and ice cream pretty good too. We may not be Harley fans, but we definitely would return to Motor again just for the service.
