Service and ambience remain fantastic. Gumbo was delicious. Barbecue shrimp were “meh”. Most of the shrimp were mealy like they’d been frozen, thawed, and refrozen.

Some of the most flavorful food we have had! Try the BBQ shrimp and the Bacon Wrapped Prawns with grits. Clarence was an outstanding waiter and made our dining experience the best!

JC and Jeremy did an amazing job! They made our night feel amazing! We celebrated our 15th anniversary, and we felt like king and queen service! Food was great on top of great service all the way around!

Great food, as always. The jazz for the jazz brunch is a chill fun soundtrack for an iconic staple in the New Orleans food scene. Brennan’s for breakfast, and their sister branch Mr. Bs for brunch. Mr Bs is always a great 5star meal. But if your visiting New Orleans, I suggest doing the jazz brunch to get the full experience. Also the price will be surprisingly low if your visiting from abroad, NYC, LA ect. Better food, and the surprise when the bill arrives is a good one. Love this place Cheers

Simply put, the food was spectacular and the service even better. Townsend and Tess took wonderful care of us and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. The BBQ shrimp is something that's a must have (if you don't mind getting a little messy - but they provide you with a bib!) and the bacon-wrapped shrimp and grits were devine!! Only miss for us was the dessert...bread pudding and lemon ice box cake were good, but not as good as others we'd had. Atmosphere was very comfortable and casual. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent experience! Easy to make reservations. The ambiance of the restaurant is luxurious and inviting. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us throughout the evening. We had a party of six and everyone enjoyed their meal. I ate the BBQ shrimp and ate every bit. The roux was absolutely delicious. The bread pudding was a big hit with our group as well. I would definitely return to Mr. B's again.

The service, food and drinks were just wonderful. I had the shrimp and grits, which were the best grits I have ever had- very creamy. The sheepshead fish was on the menu, two of us got that and it was really good. Also recommend the oysters and the crabcake. Would definitely recommend for a date night, or out of town visitors
