La Cava is a casual dining restaurant that serves classic Italian cuisine in a converted 19th-century church. The restaurant's menu features appetizers, salads and tasty pasta dishes. Try the gnocchi alla gorgonzola for savory dumplings served in creamy sauce, or feast on some homemade spaghetti tossed in the restaurant's special tomato sauce with onions, bacons and Romano cheese. O'Charley's is a chain of Southern restaurants that can be found all across the United States. The original O'Charley's first opened up in Nashville, Tennesse across from the famous Vanderbilt hospital. Charly Watkins, the founder, enlisted the help of his wife who manned the kitchen and developed the menu with a handful of her own family recipes.O'Charley's has a wide and varied menu, but it always comes back to good Southern cooking. This is evident as soon as guests take a look at the appetizer menu, which includes fried chicken tenders, fried green tomatoes, overloaded potato skins and Nashville hot deviled eggs made fresh each day and topped with a signature Tennesee Chow-Chow relish.
