The food was true gourmet and rivals anything I've had around the world. Many ingredients are local making this an additional bonus. The atmosphere was what you'd expect from a high end dining room - quiet, if there was noise it was laughter from other diners having a good time. The views are al;ways beautiful here, and the stillness of the forest was a nice contrast. Food - the part you really want to know about: I had the bread appetizer and it was a sourdough infused with juniper. The steak was like a melt-in-your-mouth brisket with unique sauces and the freshest chimichuri I've ever had (and I've had it in Brasil.) My wife had the pasta with mushrooms and it was also tasty with a fennel background spicing. Dessert is worth saving room.
