I am astonished that I visited again and even called ahead to let y’all know that I am back after a pathetic experience of not doing anything for my wife on the 15th when we visited and the manager ( and the person who picked my call) said they will make it up to us for that missed opportunity and a ruined experience.. I visited to see what the restaurant would do as a gesture for my wife but again no-one did anything ! … I was disappointed before but honestly I was numb this time!

The first time dining here and it was absolutely amazing. Service was exceptional and the waitress offered excellent suggestions. We took her up on several of them and the food was amazing. Highly recommend.

So i expected a lot more from the restaurant since I mentioned its my wife’s birthday however was utterly disappointed that my server did not even acknowledge that or made any special effort to make this evening special for us.. ( she was nice otherwise ) .. never have I ever gone to a Nobu and them not make a nice sweet gesture or even “welcome to Nobu and I see you are celebrating your birthday so Happy Birthday!!) Super dull and disappointing night and would definitely not consider dining here on a special occasion

Food is insanely good. Also insanely expensive, BUT I knew that going in. I do not regret the cost for the phenomenal food quality however I was really disappointed to be told that the kitchen would close soon. Why offer 9pm reservation if you can’t allow for a relaxed, laid back dinner. For what I paid, there is no way I should have been rushed. Also, if we had to finish ordering by 9:45, the server could have visited quicker or more often, or given us an earlier heads up. It’s the kind of place you should be able to keep ordering throughout eating. On the bright side, it made for less ordering, which made the meal for 2 less than $500….it could easily have been more. I truly have never eaten better than Nobu.

We did the Happy Hour and enjoyed drinks and small plates. The food was excellent. EXPENSIVE for what we got (most of the plates only had 2 pieces of the selection!) but the taste, presentation and quality was high. We originally found out about Nobu through Groupon but they don't honor Groupons so we were unable to do the dinner we originally booked. If you're not on a budget and love interesting Japanese fare then I would recommend coming to Nobu!

To start off Gina V is a terrible server/order taker. I don’t know their steps of service here at Nobu Dallas but Gina literally took our order and did her best to avoid us the rest of the night. I feel bad for the support staff and they are the only reason why Gina got tipped at all (I’ve seriously had better service at Waffle House at 3am). I understand that our table was low on the priority list for her (2 top) but every table deserves the benefit of the doubt. However we did enjoy the food though! I know reviews like this mean nothing to a restaurant like Nobu, but this was just my personal experience dining here.

Y husband and I have been wanting to try Nobu for a while now and we were not disappointed! Service was amazing, food was outstanding and vibes were awesome! Definitely will go back.

Food was great. Sushi, sashimi, wagyu beef was fantastic. Service was terrible compare to the price we paid for the visit. Service was slow. The waiters never smiled. Looked like they were short on staff as well.

Nobu was fantastic as always. Our server Dat was great and Vicky made sure we had a wonderful table and checked on us. Such a great experience and can't wait to be back again soon.

Longtime visitor of Nobu locations around the world, frequented the Malibu location almost weekly. I brought a date to the Nobu Dallas location last week for the first time and was “accidentally” charged an extra $400 because the server ran my card on the wrong tab. I found this out a day later when checking my statements. The manager was not very friendly and took nearly an hour of me at the hostess desk to get the incorrect charge reimbursed to me. Many peers have warned me about the Dallas location beforehand and those worries came out to be true. Very disappointing experience.

Great restaurant, everything was shareable but kind of small/average plates! Definitely nice and very elegant but if you are looking to get full this is not the place. It was for my girlfriends birthday so of course it wasn’t about me but if it wasn’t for the great service the rating would of been even lower! Overall decent experience but super expensive for what you get. Food was good place was nice and clean but spent $300+ and was still hungry after.

The food was delicious and the ambience was great. I came here for a birthday celebration and really enjoyed everything except our waitress who had a very poor attitude and acted as if serving was a burden. Maybe a bad day for her, but her service was unpleasant. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!

Service was behind, they were also out of some menu items (dumplings). The food we were able to order was good. Desert brownie was very small. Waiter was nice.
