Las chicas de la entrada solo estaban hablando y riéndose entre ellas y nunca nos atendieron. Mal servicio con las hots. Daño mi experiencia en este restaurante. El mesero fue muy cordial y la comida muy rica pero que lastimas que esas niñas nos atendieron de mala gana

Server was very kind but slow. Our food came out cold. Appetizer came out with meal. Two of our parties food came out thirty minutes after the rest. Very disappointed.

Must have fish tacos!!! The roasted chicken was awesome as well. Our server, Brielle, took great care of us just like she did for our golf group party one week prior.

It is Disney property so the expectation is never high. The wait staff was nice and attentive. Ordered the margarita. Even it is large, it tasted like water down version. Order the trio chips and the size is very petite for sure. But then again it is Disney. Can’t expect too much on the food or value. The view was a nice part of it and staff too.

Our server was great, super attentive throughout & made good appetizer recommendation. Trio dip was fantastic & Mexican burger was good though a bit over cooked. Fish tacos were disappointing, but I had high expectations. Fish was well cooked & not greasy, but very little seasoning. Tacos did not come assembled, which was fine, but lime creama, corn, and slaw were also barely seasoned. Cost was high, but somewhat expected at Disney Springs. Beautiful view over the lake.

Dirty, chaotic and overpriced. The restrooms were unspeakable. Zero ambiance. We left and went to a different restaurant in Disney Springs. This is my first one star review in 14 years of using Open Table.

We were in line for people who was actually making reservations on the spot, when we actually made our reservation in advance. The hostes Alejandra, was rude. When I told her that the other hosted send us inside, that someone will come get us, she didn't answer, rolled her eyes at me, turned to the other side, ignored completely what I just told her. Not too much to chose from the menu.

Sat at a high top on the patio and got to people watch and enjoy the live music. Music was great, but it does make for a loud dinner, but we could still hear each other talk and it was better than the noise level inside. Food and drinks were great - still Disney prices though.

Food is way overpriced for the poor flavor and quality. Menu shows items that were discontinued 2 years ago. Women’s bathroom was filthy. And front of house service was very poor. Definitely will not be back

We had dinner reservations for 4. When we reached there, the hostess said she had checked us in and would send us a text message when the table was ready. We waited and waited for the text, my husband then went back to them, and the hostess said, "oh yeah, we tried to send a text message, but it did not go through". When we ordered our meal, my daughter had a salad and when she started eating, she found a strand of hair in her salad. It took us ten minutes to get the servers attention. She then took the salad back with no apologies. The salad that she replaced it with was full of greens and was not as good as the first one. My vegetarian burger was very dry. When we got the bill, it was $200, and they gave us no discount for the salad with the Hair.

We made a reservation and had to stand on a long line with everyone. After really not being nice at the welcome table we were seated at a table for 2 with 4 chairs. The food wasn’t great, the servers were stressed and the overall experience was really poor. Not enough staff or management to properly handle the crowds including folks with reservation

Cold food, dirty restroom and over priced for quality of food which I would describe as edible. Waitress very nice not sure why she would stay here other what I assume is a very awkward moment if you want to change your tip from 20% in front of them on a tablet. I would have given her my standard 20% but what a joke of a place in tourist area. I would have preferred to pay what I did for Taco Bell with and two beers. Stay away

Pizza sucks, quesadilla sucks, only thing good was the chicken with cilantro rice, check in was horrible made me walk to other side of restaurant to end up on the other side wth, overall I give this place 3 star, but would not attend again

Food quality has fallen off severely! Taco Bell would have been better. Probably the worst meal of my life. We are locals and used to enjoy bringing guests to this restaurant when they visited. I have had several amazing meals here in the past but I guess things have changed post Covid. I was embarrassed for my guest and kept apologizing. The only good side was our waitress who was so kind and provided good service.I will not be back. What a disappointment!!

The food tasted fantastic and was reasonably priced. I enjoyed my drink, and also thought it was reasonably priced. I loved the live and recorded music. It added to the atmosphere. Anyone who serviced us was very friendly. My only complaint would be that the womens restroom was gross. I would recommend. Just use the Disney Springs bathrooms, instead.

I know it’s Disney Springs but portion size to price is crazy. Not a great value. A caesar salad $18? Then 2 chicken strips $6.99??? A bit too pricey. I don’t recommend if you are on a budget. Food is delicious but very overpriced for portion size.
