   We were seated right away and the table chosen was awesome. Next to window in the corner at the back. It was slow at lunch hour so pretty quiet. Hostess came right away and provided great service. I always enjoy the food; though, a bit pricey, but considering everything, this is our norm now. I would come back every day if someone treats me!

   Cocktails were plain, not what we were expecting for a high end location. The ribeye we ordered didn’t have the Wow factor but we were happy with the cook kale, mashed potatoes 👎🏾, the same with the salad we ordered 👎🏾 The dish that made the difference and the only one that we enjoyed was the pasta ( rigatoni with meat) We also order the beef tartar….it was Ok Not really sure why the restaurant shows 4 stars ?! That’s the only reason why we went, but I got a bad feeling when I saw about 85% of the tables empty, at first, I want to believe that was the weather but after we finish our meal, I understood why. Definitely not a place if you really love Italian food or even to enjoy a good meal but a place you can eat if you are I guess in the hotel and you don’t want to go out or by accident like we did.

   Not worth the money! A very overpriced brunch with nothing special. We were looking for a special brunch experience and we were disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it.

   Wonderful restaurant and a great place for a professional meeting. Fast, free Wifi, delicious, hot food, and impeccable service. I hope you are fortunate to be served by Arturo Morales, who is an incredible server, very intuitive, and knows what you want before you do. Love this place. All staff members are friendly and the ambiance is beautiful.

   50$ for the amount of pasta that’d I’d wrap around a fork 3 times. I know we’re in Palo Alto but… service was attentive and good. Come to town for work often, would not return.

    It was an amazing Valentine’s Day experience! Champagne and roses greeted me at the door. Live violinist, the food was exquisite and the decorations were so fun. Highly recommend!

    I was disappointed by the quality of a steak dish that I got that cost $72. It was very bland, small, and he sauce was not that great. Ridiculously overpriced.

    We ate here for lunch, and the service was outstanding. The burger was fantastic and salads were great. I had the buratta on the chickory which I would not recommend because the chiory is very bitter. I suggest the buratta on mixed greens with the delicious toast and fig jam.

    *Incredibly* overpriced new year’s eve “tasting menu” of two oysters, molded sour cream (“creme fraiche panna cotta”), one scallop, three duck breast medallions, a white wine-flavored snowball, and an unfortunate chocolate/raspberry/goat cheese dessert. $250/person! robbery. never again.

    It was Christmas Eve dinner special occasion. I’d just like to be honest with you and your end. This is our 3rd visit to this quattro restaurant. We both had the Christmas Eve fixed menus dinner. The appetizer tasted good - we both had salad dishes. For the main courses, I.chose the steak dish & my husband chose the pheasant dish. The main courses we had were quite flat. I also clearly requested the steak to be prepared well done but the steak was served as pink-ish done. I nicely requested again to have the steak cook more to be well done. But after the steak was sent back to the restaurant’s kitchen, the time went by quite awhile & the steak had not done yet. I finally got to ask the waitress about the status of my steak. Then I got to wait a little bit longer then the steak finally came out but it was cold and not much taste to it. The dessert was too sugary too sweet and flat. I’m a real chef myself but I’m not trying to be condescending with quattro restaurant’s chef. The quattro restaurant’s chef could used more flavor spices to get the dishes flavors stand out not flat like the Christmas Eve fixed menus dinner we had. We are not looking for any refund back to us neither new free complimentary meals for future. We just wanted to be honest with our truthful dining experiences as a loyal customers to any prestige restaurants. Also this feed back is for paying more closer attention to upgrade the quality of the food flavors and the food creativities. And this Christmas Eve dinner event was our 2nd disappointing special occasion with quattro restaurant in four seasons hotel palo alto, ca. Perhaps the quattro restaurants’ management in headquarters to really seriously choosing the outstanding chefs with the chosen outstanding flavors and creativities. We don’t mind to spend the money if it is worth of spending our money for the exceptional high end quality restaurants. Thank you. Regards, Silvie Mozingo

    Nice garden brunch. Everything taste delicious except the dessert as they are too sweet. May be just we prefer cheese cake or ice cream type of dessert. Festive environment, happy to spend our Christmas Eve.

    The food was not good. By the time it made it to our table it was cold. The menu was mainly filled with appetizer selection. It was our first time there and we did not know that the outside had a different menu than the inside. We wish we could’ve been told you don’t get much a food selection if you sit outside.

    The waitress forgot our orders. They didn’t have the wine we ordered but did t tell us until an hour later. There was no water for the first 1/2 hour. There weee no napkins for two of the seats.

    Our waiter made our evening. She was so friendly, accommodating and super fun. Absolutely loved her! The decorations for the holidays were wonderful. A perfect place to go after holiday shopping. The menu was a little disappointing. My husband is a vegetarian and the new chef does not offer many vegetarian choices. I had the salmon - which was very good. But my husband was limited to a salad and side of veggies - which were average and a little overpriced. If it was not for the ambience and our waiter, we may have given a lower rating. If the menu expands a bit, we may try it again.

    Made reservation, but slow to get the order. Waited 30mins to place an order. Wanted another 30mins to get food. Total it took 2hrs for lunch. Too much time spent. Please improve service time especially with reservation.

    We were excited to try something new but also concerned about some of the reviews. We landed on, let’s do it. The hotel and restaurant were decorated beautifully for Christmas. We started with the heirloom tomato salad which was flavorful and unique followed by spaghettini and the branzino frito. The fish and the salad were delicious and noteworthy. As for cocktails we were all over the map but the espresso martini after dessert was excellent. Last but not least, our server Hailey was what took the experience to the next level. She was friendly, helpful, and fun. Definitely would return, just need to save my pennies first.

    For about $250 per person the food and especially service does not reflect what is expected from Four Seasons. First the food was less than average, the lamb was so dry that most was not edible, the beef tenderloin which most of us had were even rare to medium well. We were never asked how we wanted our meat cooked. The most disappointing part of our experience was the service. We had 10 in our party and was charged 20% service charge. We the mandatory 20% already added to the bill, they didn’t have to provide any service. We had plates piled up on our table and no one came to pick them up. We had to ask someone to pick them up. This reoccur throughout the night. We were given water when we arrived and that was the last time water was filled. Because our reservation was the last seating of the day, by the time we got to the desert most of the good deserts were gone. The other parts the the buffet was taken away without anyone telling us that this will be remove and that we if wanted anything else from the buffet we should do it now. This was our first time to Quattro and it will be our last.
