We were here a year ago and had an amazing meal. This was not the case last night. The bread for the table appeared to be stale Publix dinner rolls. The bread on my steak sandwich was nothing but thin soggy hamburger bun. The scallops were slimy, small and bland. Service was excellent but due to the high prices with the low quality/effort on the food, we won’t be back.

I enjoyed my birthday fully and enjoyed the food and service during my time at the restaurant. Everything and everyone was so nice and catered to me so well and I loved it entirely. I am really thankful for the night and overall happy! Thank you all for the birthday desert as well it meant so much to me!

Food was okay, the steak was quite salty. The overall restaurant decor/vibe isn’t very upscale. You have to pay $8 for valet which I find ridiculous for a steakhouse, and when the valet is horrifically slow and they lost my car keys.

We first off would like to extend an apology to you for your overall experience dining her at Shula's. We set steps in-service in place to insure if they were any issues regarding the food a server should have checked back with you for quality of your meal. We appreciate the feedback regarding valet and will make the staff aware of this issue and hope to have it corrected on your next visit.

Our bartender server, Shota, was terrific. We had such a wonderful meal experience because of his great service. Our filets were perfectly cooked.

Excellent food and service. Steak was amazing. Our waiter was very attentive. The bread pudding for dessert was delicious and perfect size to share.
