Elegant styling meets delicious cuisine at 42 The Restaurant. This high-end restaurant serves New American cuisine next to a gorgeous 360-degree view of the Tri-state area. Chef Anthony Goncalves lets the ingredients speak for themselves with expertly prepared dishes that come bursting with layers of flavor. Diners rave about Goncalve's signature fisherman's stew, made with sausage, octopus risotto and piripiri. The only thing that I would suggest is for the waiter to explain the food brought to the table. Instead of us having to ask. Other tasting that I went to, each dish was explained. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

What stood out to me the most was the great service and attention that was provided. The view was terrific. The ambiance was great. The food wasnt worth the $220 I spent for a six course dinner at all. The dinner wasn't good at all.

Have been here for lunch two times this month. They have stopped serving lunch a while ago, but now do offer that option once again and they serve lunch here Mondays thru Thursdays. It is an excellent experience with a menu of limited options but filled with great food all over in a location that is near the heavens and at a reasonable price. Kudos for the salad and entrée choices. Great ingredients and service that is five stars!! Now, parking is complimentary with your lunch there!! Keep up the good work! Thank you!!

42 food was awful. $37 for lunch ! Better to charge $37 to rent the table and the view!!! Ugh😝

This is an especially wonderful restaurant, the service was as impeccable as I would expect from a Ritz Carlton -- the food was absolutely delicious -- we had the tasting menu. The desserts were FABULOUS as well -- all in all in was a true Dining Experience.

Westchester like you've never seen. Fabulous views, food, service, the works! You feel as if you have escaped the everyday, without really leaving. Casual elegance, highly recommended.

Fantastic date night spot. The duck was cooked to perfection, as was the stake. All of our food was excellent, there was a persistent lemon flavor throughout all 6 courses. That lack of differentiation was the only reason it did not receive perfect marks.
