All of the wait staff & servers are very friendly! Jose is always the best to us, and he knows what we like & can make adjustments as needed. The restaurant is such a local gem, even though it is a chain....we think it's just our own little Mexican place;-)

Another great experience at Acapulco in Marina Pacifica, Long Beach! Our server, Martin, was on point like always. He takes such great care of my kids and is always attentive to all the little things that make a difference—keeping our drinks filled, bringing extra napkins, making sure our food is right, and checking in on us throughout the meal. The manager, David, is always so welcoming and friendly, and that really makes a difference to us. It’s those personal touches and the way the team treats our family that keep us coming back. Thank you to Martin, David, and the entire Acapulco team for always making us feel welcome and taking such great care of our family. We truly appreciate you guys!

We were accommodated by the hostess to find a comfortable spot in the patio where the noise level was more tolerable. Our server was excellent…very friendly and efficient. An enjoyable experience to celebrate my friend’s 80th birthday.

Everything is good except the hostess she seated us whenever she felt like what the purpose of making a reservation is if she wants to seat us whenever she wants saying that's all I have unless you want tonwait for 30 min . Once I sat, I saw a lot of empty tables at the places we desired
