Afternoon Tea at Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square
Pleasant afternoon tea in lovely setting. Staff very attentive. Was surprised to see a service charge on bill (expected) with bill and pen issued so I could indicate a gratuity too.
Staff and food was amazing and great value! Would visit again, highly recommend
Great and friendly services by George made it an indulgent afternoon tea experience - my mom and sister enjoyed the atmosphere very much, thanks George!!
Raspberry and chocolate cakes were delicious! Scones were not bad (better than many other famous afternoon tea places) but would be even better if they were warm.
Overall we were very pleased with the staff, experience and venue, and will return together with other friends!
Delicious food, catered to our dietary requirements, good value and excellent service.
Outstanding service. I felt like a princess thanks to Jorge. Can’t wait to come back!!!
Beautiful place, excellent pastries and tea. Service was a little slow and not very clear. But overall was a good experience.
We had a wonderful Afternoon Tea on the 21st December 2018 in the Rotunda. Food was outstanding. The service from George our waiter was First Class and he made our experience memorable for all
of the right reasons. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend.
The food, the location, the atmosphere, setting and service was outstanding! What a wonderful experience! Our waiter Jeorge ( Brazilian) was amazing, entertaining and very accommodating! The food was delicious from start to finish, couldn't recommend this place enough and will definitely come back! Thank you!
We had such a lovely experience. The staff were exceptional and put a great deal of effort into making our visit a lovely one. I will definitely come back!
The cakes and pastries were delicious, service impeccable and the design of the room great/beautiful
There is also a pianist who greatly contributes to the relax yet posh ambiance
Overall an excellent experience and I will definitely be back
The only caveat is that the tea list could be a bit bigger
One of the best afternoon teas in London (and I tried Intercontinental, JW Marriott Mayfair, Fortnum and mason, Goring and the Conaught)
Had a superb Tea with live music from the piano, great service, beautiful surroundings, the perfect place for a treat or part of a weekend 30th anniversary celebration....
The hotel itself is gorgeous and where the afternoon tea is served looks very lush. The day we were there they seemed to be under staffed though, as it took a very long time to get the servers attention every time we needed it, and also there were things missed several times we had to point out. In terms of noise levels, please be aware that there's someone playing the piano throughout. It was very nice, but quite loud as there isn't enough fabric around to soak up the sound. My mom who is hearing impaired had a very hard time hearding what anyone was saying.
It's quite good value though, and much cheaper than what any of the more famous afternoon teas are.
Great ambiance; pianist was excellent and not too loud; food was delicious especially the pistachio cake and the setting in the Rotunda lounge for afternoon tea was beautiful as it was decorated for Christmas. The event was made super special for my friend's birthday with the attentive service of our waiter George who did not rush us along. We could not have wished for more. Thank you so much
I think I have convinced my husband that Afternoon tea is a date activity. Great service and tastes. Relaxing atmosphere and classy venue. With so many options to choose in London for tea, I am glad we stopped here!
Great vibe. Outstanding attentive service. George was brilliant.
Such good afternoon tea. The variety of teas and flavours are impressive and they accommodated halal. Highly recommend for a relaxing afternoon. Was lovely to hear the talented pianist play too.
Incredible afternoon tea. Sandwiches and scones are some of the best I had in London. Definitely up there on the top list between Claridges and Dorchester
Our visit was for a birthday treat & we were delighted with the ambience, food & service. The Pianist was an additional delight & played some popular melodies which enhanced the overall experience. We would definitely book again & recommend to others
Excellent food and outstanding service - staff were very attentive and food was divine
C’est parfait !
Beautiful venue, amazing staff, very elegant and formal, and nice for a treat...
We went for a lovely afternoon tea. Food and service was fantastic. Only thing I would say is that the menu was not too child friendly but overall a good experience.
Service: Beyond amazing. Friendly, attentive.
Food: Abundant and of high quality.
Atmosphere: Absolutely luxurious, calm and private.
Price: Very fair compared to the experience and value of the afternoon tea.
I booked this for my mother's 60th birthday. We booked an afternoon tea with a spa. An outstanding service and a fabulous venue. Our party had different dietary requirements including halal and allergies and all requirements were addressed. I could not recommend this place more for a meal or afternoon tea. The afternoon tea is affordable in comparison to other five star places, a member of our party even mentioned that the service and food was much better than the Ritz, fancy that! The food was delicious aside from the beef pastrami sandwich (very salty - although were warned haha), please take this off your afternoon tea menu and replace with something nicer. A big pat on the back to all those who assisted us from the moment we entered to the time we left (staff at reception, the Rotunda Lounge & the Spa). My mother definitely had a fantastic experience, she was on cloud 9, as was I. I will certainly be back again. Until next time...
Overall afternoon tea was lovely the food was very good and there was no shortage of it. Service was very good too. However I had booked a particular type of themed afternoon tea which is why I choose the four seasons so was disappointed when I got there to see no sign of it. When I asked the woman explained they had changed their menus and it was no longer available and pointed out the new menu was actually cheaper- however I would have appreciated to have been told this before we arrived as we were both celebrating a joint 40th birthday ( which I informed the hotel in advance but no recognition of this was made). However when going to pay they said we had a 25% discount - what this was for it was never explained. Overall a lovely afternoon tea but a disappointment it was not what I booked.
Visited as I had a colleague from Slovakia over and wanted to do something traditionally British with them. We ordered scones and tea each, the entire experience was wonderful with incredibly attentive and personable staff. I would visit very regularly if I could and would recommend to anyone. The rotunda where we were sat is beautifully decorated and very relaxing. Looking forward to going back.
Seated in the grandeur of the four season’s lobby you can enjoy a perfect afternoon tea. Service impeccable and discreet, the sanwhiches original and tasty and the sweets and scones look and taste incredible. Make sure you allow enough time. Afternoon tea is something you do not rush so you will need almost 2 hours.
Could do better. Sandwiches had started to dry out, this would be a simple fix with a little more thought. Pastries were sadly style over taste. Sorry but expect more from The Four Seasons.
Only 1 or 2 waiters there. Everything is so slow. It takes 20 mins to get our bill and the card machine.
Pricey but it was definitely the best tea experience I have ever had and I love afternoon tea!! You are definitely paying for the experience. The waitress took her time to explain every part of the meal and how it pulled in the 1920 theme. It was all very lovely and ended with a fire-y dessert.
