From the theatrical smoking pink lemonade to the delicious sweetshop-themed cakes – imagine biting into a Coca-Cola slice – our whimsical afternoon tea brings a playful, bygone era to vivid life. Scrumptious chocolate scones and mouthwatering finger sandwiches like smoked salmon on beetroot bread are served with a gloriously long tea list, or an indulgent glass of Champagne.

Tiffany our server was great! Tea was excellent and they were able to accommodate last minute too! The sandwiches were yummy and they have a vegetarian menu. Pastries weren’t my fave

Basic sandwiches, basic ambiance, kids were served everything in a plate. Kids loved candy bar at the end, but overall nothing special. Overpriced for what you get.

The tea was ok, and the hotel is lovely, but the service was lacking. After being seated, it was almost 10 minutes before we were spoken to by a server. There was no place to put our coats, so they had to be draped on our chairs which were small, so our coats were hanging on the floor. We were not served the tea we asked for, and even when we did receive our tea, it was barely warm. We sat with no tea at all most of our time. There was nothing special about this experience. For us we would not return. It was a birthday celebration that was a disappointment.

We opted for the vegetarian version of the afternoon tea. And it was impressive a lot of thought had gone into it - we had 4 different sandwiches a mixture of vegetarian and vegan. All had nice touch of seasoning as well the scones were a surprise. I particular liked the choice of plain and chocolate scones. The cakes were cute and tasty. The staff could not have been better. They refilled everything we asked for and especially changed the choice of tea with a new teapot and a cup. That is attention to detail! Great place , wonderful relaxed ambience and amazing value for money. To end it all we came away with all the left over cakes and a bag of sweets each😆 already planning to return for the Christmas tea 😂
