Disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. We had a 6:00 p.m. reservation, and although the host saw me enter first, he greeted a white woman who walked in after me until she kindly pointed out that I had been waiting first. Our food order wasn’t taken until about 6:45, and once our food arrived, our waiter repeatedly ignored us when I tried to send back a burnt fish taco. He also never returned to check on us or ask if we needed drinks or anything else. I had difficulty getting the manager’s attention as well until another server stepped in. We were told they were short-staffed, but I watched other tables that arrived around the same time or after us receive timely, attentive service. The repeated pattern of being overlooked while others were served felt microaggressive and racially biased. Unfortunately, we did not feel welcomed or valued as guests.

Food had zero flavor and drinks had a chemical taste to them. Awful and felt sick to our stomachs afterwards. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.
