Made a 6:30 pm reservation last Saturday; got confirmation. Drove 30 min. to get to restaurant, only to find front door LOCKED! Sign said "graduation party" on side door.......... VERY unprofessional to ACCEPT and CONFIRM a reservation - then to arrive & find the door locked. And obviously other close restaurants were 100% booked, etc. I think a free meal is in order, along with an apology! Mark Weishaar

We made an on line reservation to Alfredo's to have dinner with out of state friends. When we got there, the place was locked up. Eventually, someone came to the door and said he was there cleaning up after working on remodeling the restaurant. Nothing on the website said this restaurant was closed. Their on line reservations were still active. I got a confirmation email and a text confirming tge reservation that I made. What a mess. Made me look bad in front of my friends after talking up the place.

We were at Alfredo’s 3 weeks ago and had a wonderful experience!! So when we arrived last weekend, we were shocked by the changes!! This time they changed their menu so some of our favorites were no longer offered, they increased the price of one item by $10.!!! And the veal parmigiana was inedible - couldn’t be chewed! Our large party of 8 were extremely sad because we had been going there at least once a month, and now many do not want to return!!

Very nice location and the redo of the restaurant is light and open. It was very slow the evening we went but the service was still poor at best. The food was not up to our expectations. Will not be returning. I have had others say they thought the food was good, but we did not feel the same.

I think that my inability to rate this restaurant with all stars is because it was Mother's Day. We did go later so many of the families were finished or finishing. It was incredibly loud and I looked enviously at what appeared to be a quieter room on the left. We were in the first booth on the left of the entrance in the bar area. I was surprised that the menu online had many, many more options and I was disappointed. We were told that the kitchen couldn't handle the crowds in combination with the extensive menu. We were also told that we should put our orders in right away so that we wouldn't have to wait for 20 minutes. Our meals were excellent.

Alfredo's Italian Kitchen exceeded all expectations. Even with our last-minute request, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made our large group feel right at home. The ambiance was perfect for the occasion, and every single guest raved about their meal. The food is truly authentic and delicious. It’s rare to find a place that handles a large party so seamlessly while maintaining such high quality. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Too loud, too slow, too stressful. A restaurant should never overpack beyond capacity to the point where it can no longer provide a pleasant dining experience. Throughout our meal, there was a clearing tray piled high with dirty dishes sitting just feet from our table, with food spilled across the floor nearby. The noise level was overwhelming — so loud that I could have screamed and no one would have heard me. Instead of enjoying a relaxing evening out, I left feeling completely stressed and overstimulated. By the time I got home, I needed a glass of wine just to unwind.

Food is very good. If a salad was included with your meal, I think their pricing would be more in line with comparable restaurants, otherwise, menu prices are a little too high.
