Very odd experience. They only had a fondue menu available but the waitress seemed genuinely confused about how it all worked. She had to check multiple times on wine/beer options. Not much help in guiding how to order for our family of 5. The broth for the meat never got hot enough to cook the steak. Very expensive and just not worth what we payed. Such a pretty restaurant though! Wish they’d had other options like the Mexican mentioned on the website.

This place was empty with absolutely no energy. Only us and another table the entire night. Way overpriced relative to the food and service they offer. We ordered cheese and meat fondue and they brought them out together. Our table got crammed as we tried to navigate the raw meat handling with all of the other ingredients that goes into the cheese. No information or instructions on cooking the meat which made me question how much they value food safety. The sauces were clearly prepared way in advance and crusted over. I think the idea of the place has potential, a fondue place with an awesome mountain view but the execution and delivery is a total failure.

Risked a Valentines Day with a Fondue concept. They admittedly failed miserably using sterno burners that didn't bring the broth to a boil. Took each piece of beef 10 min to cook. The manager came out as we left half of it and admitted they had the wrong equipment but did not offer a discount only a desert and apology $120 later. We passed on desert and will pass on Alta Vida. Beautiful view of Camelback terrible food.

The food was terrible and we are not picky. The wait time was also very long, but expected with the holiday. My son's "street tacos" were fried tortillas with meat and onion in oil. My other son's was a dry burrito with shredded cheese and meat... nothing else. I ordered the entrée of pork. The pork was almost liquid and it was obvious it had been sitting under a heat lamp for at least 30 minutes, since the rice and beans were crunchy on top.

Excellent food we had to wait over an hour for. It wasn’t very crowded, no idea what took so long. On top of it all, they snuck in a tip for a party of 4 on the itemized bill.

Phenomenal Service!!!!! Our bartender and server (all in one😍) MADE OUR NIGHT SO EFFN COOL!!!! THE FOOD WAS TOP NOTCH…. But it was HIM WHO MADE IT ALL THE MORE MEMORABLE!!! HE MADE THE BESTEST MARGARITASSSS EVA!!!! 🏆🏆🏆🏆 He was also punctual, personable, kind, attentive, and if that wasn’t enough, he was just a really great guy—— flowed wonderfully with our vibe and made sure we were served as if we had three hours to spare knowing we only had 35 minutes to eat until our next activity before the new year kicked in. He’s a hustler!!!! Ran it like it was his and owned it!!! Really deserves to be recognized is some AWESOME WAY!!!!! Thank you for the Love RYAN!!!!! We super appreciate your going above and beyond!!!! 🙏🏼❤️🫶🏼

Unfortunately didn’t have a good dinner at this restaurant. The food was bland and a poor presentation. Had nachos which basically just had some fake cheese on it with a tiny dollop of guacamole. The burrito was not good and the presentation not good. Just bad all around

Terrible experience. Not only did appetizers make it to the table next to us who were seated after us before ours, we had to ask about the long wait. Then it arrived, milk juice and cheese curds is not queso. It was aweful. Not as bad as the pollo tacos, I never knew how dry food could get until I ate the cardboard with saw dust between it. This place is at least somewhat edible if you look past all that vs the other option at Trails end.
