Amada is a tapas and wine bar on the southside of downtown Chattanooga. "Amada" is a female name of Spanish origin meaning beloved/loveable woman. We serve traditional Spanish plates that honor the seasonal, local ingredients of the area while celebrating southern simplicity and hospitality.
Our Mission: Do right and exceed expectations.
At Amada, we lead by putting people first. We strive to provide the best possible dining experience for our patrons while showcasing Spanish dishes, wines, and techniques. Amada's beverage menu displays signature sangrias and cocktails, a Spanish forward wine list, and local beers on tap!

Had an early Father's Day dinner. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Our server was lovely and helpful. A bit more expensive than our usual fare, but definitely worth it.

We sat at the bar and had a great experience with everyone around us and the knowledge of the service staff and bar staff. Definitely a home run for our evening.

Wow! What a wonderful dining experience! Three of us shared the paella and four tapas. The endive was wonderful. The bacon wrapped dates were wonderful as was the steak, tartar, and the sliders. Our server was friendly, funny, and prompt

Food was excellent and the atmosphere took me out of Chattanooga to some exotic destination. Will definitely be back!

Family owned, great people. Food and service were great. They were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the food and beverages, and importantly let us eat at a slower pace. Unlike many tapas or small plates places that overwhelm the table with plates, they brought things out one at a time and let us savor each one!

Amazing. A hidden gem in chattanooga. Ambiance. Food. Drinks. Kind service. Delicious plates. My favorite big band tunes gracing the room. Did I mention the food? Can’t wait to go back!!!!!

The food and service was fantastic!!! The mixture of great tapas and good wine was really a good match. This place is a hidden gem among the fantastic Scenic City.
