   We made the mistake of trying to eat there. They were out of several items on their very brief menu. The service was less than stellar. One person in our party ordered salmon well done and it was still raw. The waitress didn't check back on the food until we were all finished. When it was brought to her attention, she offered a new salmon but we didn't want to wait as it had already taken too long to get the food. They were not that busy to support why the service was sub-par. The prior reviews were absolutely spot on and we wish that we would have made reservations elsewhere instead.

   The Ice tea tasted like tap water the minute it was placed on the table. Didn't have most of the food I wanted, so I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

   We went late and the place was almost empty so it was a little surprising that the food took so long to come out. Server disappeared a lot and I had to ask for refills in the tiny glasses instead of being offered. However, the burger and fries were DELICIOUS. Fish tacos, not so much.

   Very strange experience. We were the only people in the place at 7 pm. The food was OK but we had a choice of 1 red or 1 white wine. The same with dessert. Their computer system wasn’t working to process our credit card. With the millions of places in Orlando for a meal - I relied on the Trip Advisor reviews to pick this place - not so sure I’d do that again.

   Mediocre food. Understaffed. Very friendly attentive Waitress obviously frustrated and not supported by the kitchen. Food took a long time and one meal never came out. No reflection on the waitress but would not recommend restaurant.

   There were issues. They advertised a valentine special from February 10-14. $179 for 2 with app, salad, main course, dessert, and a drink for each. However when we arrive, they say they made a mistake and the special is ONLY for February 14. I go to website and show them it says 10-14. They say they can't do it. A manager comes. We explained. They offered to do something close to what was advertised but did not have all the ingredients. We agreed. Food was pretty good. The truffle/mushrooms were extremely salty. The bruschetta was missing the cheese, but everything else was good. Glad they owned up to what they advertised.

   Made reservation. Arrived. Appeared to be valet only or pay parking. Wife went inside to ask. No hostess or servers. Wife came out, and we decided to go someplace else. No way to cancel reservation on Open Table (we were marked as “In Dining” or something like that). Wife went in again, wandered around, found someone. “The person who does Open Table isn’t here right now. We are really more for hotel guests.” Bye.

    The service was poor for Christmas dinner. You were to get a prefix menu that’s fine. But to take our order & then never come back to our table after delivering drinks for more than 2 hours is ridiculous! Our food came after 11/2 hrs! And my smoked Turkey breast with winter veggies and cornbread dressing with gravy on Turkey was cold!! Not even warm! Not even luke warm! And my husband’s was also cold his prime rib! My daughter got chicken tenders which was hot as anything and that’s great but she couldn’t eat it for the next 20 min that’s how hot it was! My other daughter got a chicken sandwich and that was also hot, which was great! We got our salads and entrees all at the same time. No one brought out the cold salads ahead but all after an hour and a half wait! It wasn’t even that crowded yet at 6pm! He literally had 4 customers! Then the hostess was the real life saver getting our meals delivered and waiting on us! The tip was included in the bill and I write on that receipt to give the tip to her cause the only other time we saw our waiter again was for the bill and of course he delivered that within a min without delivering our desserts that came with the pre fix menu so we waited for that and looked at us for the card to process the tab and u told him not until you get our desserts boxed to go!!! Plus my husband has an allergy to nuts so of course they delivered the pecan tarts as we specifically asked for one alternate and was key lime pie! So I’m all we waited to get our dinners boxed up and for Christmas dinner I had a Cesar salad! Thanks American kitchen for spoiling our mood for Christmas dinner! You ducked all around! The food was good once you warmed it up at h ice! but not the ambiance or service! Never again!

    We ate there several times mainly due to bad weather and the restaurant is in the hotel. The food is sub sub par. Two male waiters were good, especially Tom Shene who was very attentive. A waitress named Jessica was super nice but she was terrible at waitressing. Overall I’d rate is a 3.

    We were traveling, and wanted to find someplace to have a Thanksgiving dinner at a reasonable price. American Kitchen put together an absolutely delicious dinner. I would go there again without question.

    My family and I had dinner on Thanksgining. Our experience may be different because of the holiday. We had no difficulty scheduling our reservation. The restaurant was nearly empty for an early dinner time. The host and valet were very welcoming. The menu had options beyond the traditional meal if you wanted. We chose the traditional plates-- both ham and turkey entrees were delicious, served with stuffing, mashed potatoes and green beans. The dinner also came with a salad and pumpkin pie brulee. For the price, portion and ease, this was a great value for our small group of 4. The kitchen had some hiccups - our salads were brought out with or after the entree, the runner brought out 2 out of 4 wrong entrees at first, and the dessert was served while we were still eating our entrees. Our main server seemed to disappear after he took the orders until the check. However, it was Thanksgiving and we were grateful anyone was working and no harm done. We enjoyed our meal overall.

    Service was not knowledgeable. I ordered an exotic Dry Rye Manhattan and it took two trips with questions to secure the cocktail that was not great. Empanadas were frozen in the center. Steak without a steak knife. The notation on their ad was complimentary valet parking. It is complimentary self parking. Valet is $28.

    We were excited to try the restaurant. Looked really good. Traveled to Orlando. Very few people there on Sunday evening. The calamari was good. The empanada special appetizer was overcooked. The burger with brisket; brisket tough and very dry. Skirt steak with the gralic butter was excellent; the bourbon sauce with it was way too sweet. DIdn't go with the steak, nor did it help the burger. All the French fries were cold.

    We were pleasantly surprised by the taste and ambiance of this restaurant. With it being in a hotel sometimes you don’t know what to expect. Friendly staff and happy to service us. Not to crowded at all.

    Had breakfast. There were three of us and the menu had very few items. Breakfast sandwich and omelette were good. Pancakes we’re a miss. Dry and cracking falling apart and more like cornmeal. Definitely something wrong with the mix. Doubt we would go back with all the other options in the area unless we were staying in the hotel. Service was extremely slow and they were not busy at all.

    Great food and efficient staff. The dinner selections were limited but my family of four were all able to choose something they’d like. Everything was tasty and it was very fairly portioned. We loved our dinner experience so much that we came for breakfast too!

    hotel desk doesn't have enough staff, wait to check in and out is way too long. No ice available unless you go to restaurant to pick up. room wasn't in tower but in old hotel connected to tower and they wanted to charge us more to stay where we were mislead online to thinking we were booked already. Only plus was the valet crew! The hot tub did not work and when I inquired I was informed it hadn't worked in 3 months. With hidden charges when we arrived we should've just paid for 5 star hotel.

    We expected average fare based on localize key atmosphere.Flavor is outstanding! We had Eggs Benedict and greens with the best light refreshing dressing on it we ever had!! All 4 of us were amazed over the taste! Superb service! Would definitely recommend breakfast here! Chefs kiss!

    Booking was confirmed at 21:00. We arrived the restaurant at 20:40 and they told us that the kitchen was close! Very unpolite, they didn’t even wanted to have a conversation with us or let us show them the booking confirmation. Very bad experience.

    Conveniently located in B Resort and Spa. The waiter was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. We had breakfast (pancakes and american breakfast), it was good but not something that we couldn't get at a cafe or pancake house for a better deal. The restaurant was quiet, clean, and pleasant. We ate there in the late morning on a Wednesday and the restaurant had about 3-4 other tables with people. As a result, our reservation was not needed.

    Very quiet for a Tuesday afternoon - we were about the only people dining there for lunch... We did have a party of 9, but there seemed to be more confusion over our order than there should have been. Because of our time constraints, some people had to eat what was served, and not what they ordered. However, everyone was very pleased with the quality of the food.

    Where do I even begin. We barely saw our waitress except when she was socializing with her friends behind us. Our food how to be brought out by kitchen staff because she was too busy catching up on the latest gossip. The ambiance was so rude and distracting. A huge group of moms with kids were sitting on the opposite side of the restaurant but proceeded to let all 8 kids RUN around distracting everyone and causing a ruckus. The staff said they had been there for HOURS and had many complaints against them by other patrons but management never asked them to leave. The food was absolutely disgusting. My daughter had chicken Parmesan which had “mystery cheese” on it because whatever was melted on top was NOT mozzarella. I got the steak frites and the amount of steak was laughable compared to the price. It was finished in 2 bites and while the meat was cooked to my liking, whatever sauce was drizzled on the steak was horrendous. My husband received the brisket and ribs meal. Ribs were over saturated with sauce. The coleslaw was not your traditional coleslaw but nothing on the menu mentioned it was made with mustard, although they said it was a staple on their menu. We asked to speak to management who wouldn’t even come over to us and only gave us a 10% discount (mind you we spent almost $200 on food) but with the automatic 18% gratuity that our waitress didn’t deserve it wasn’t a discount at all. It was the biggest mistake making a reservation on all counts. We left hungry, with headaches from the kids screaming and frustrated. We weren’t looking for something for nothing but the service was just as awful as the food. Do NOT suggest eating here.

    Best Customer Service I’ve experienced in years! Chad made us feel welcomed, so informative, really served us at the TOP level! As an Executive, I travel frequently. What an asset you have in Chad!! I will be back at The B Hotel on future trips to Orlando!

    Overall enjoyed the experience. We had simple meals, Greek salad and chicken, so not much to go wrong and it did not. The drinks were ok. Our server Yessica was friendly, professional and helpful with discussing options and meal content. Also recommending drinks. We found the environment harsh and noise could have been unbearable if the place had been full. The chairs were metal and hard. There are no furnishing to absorb reflected sound. It’s intended to be rustic with a large vehicle displayed in the middle. Its better than the restaurant at the Holiday Inn next door, I would probably go back if I needed the convenience, but there are so many restaurants to chose from, it would not be top of my Orlando pick list.
