Food wasn't hot it was luke warm. Service wasn't great for it to be a lunch time crowd. Wouldn't recommend as the frist place to eat in that area.

They have a lovely happy hour. One dollar oysters were bigger than usual. Food was good, service is good ambience is great music a little too hip-hop for my taste. Otherwise everything was great.

Went with a group of 6 Meals arrived at separate times one person waited for an omelette which arrived after everyone had finished. Missed orders Had to keep asking for coffee.

First round of martinis were served in wine glasses, second round, again in wine glasses. After apps, salads and entrees were served together versus in courses, and one entree was left off the order. Service was not good. Food was good but not a great experience.

We'd heard mixed reviews about Americano from friends over the years and knew it would be best for us to experience it ourselves. Both the casual indoor and lovely outdoor (in good weather) seating have been crowded whenever we've driven by at the dinner hour so we were optimistic. A guest's first impression comes from the front desk. The young women were warm, welcoming, as we were seated comfortably at a window table facing Wells. Our server was helpful in answering questions about certain dishes, given it was our first visit, and was most attentive throughout our meal, always coming by with a smile. The Spring Salad is not to be missed, a perfect blend of sweet and savory. The chicken in my husband's chicken BLT was moist, the bacon crunchy, all on a fresh ciabatta roll; my salmon was prepared medium rare as requested and served over a light fruit sauce that added a delicious touch of sweetness. I always appreciate when a substitution is possible so our server didn't hesitate to replace the potato gnocchi with Brussel sprouts. The dining room filled up, everyone was having fun. A great first experience, thank you!

Second time here. First time alone had the lamb chops. Awesome!! Second time small group. I did lamb chops again but also ceviche and guacamole which were tremendous. Others had a burger, fish sliders, and lobster rolls. Everyone was raving about their meals. Outstanding service from Elizabeth! I’ll definitely eat here again.
