We went to this restaurant last year for Christmas Eve and had the most amazing experience. This year we had a 7:30 reservation. Our food didn't come out until well after 9 and was fair at best. Not sure what happened but this place ia too expensive for sub standard quality. Our server did her best to accommodate us but the management never accepted responsibility. Disappointing

The food was good—but that’s where the positives end. Service was extremely slow, and our waiter was rarely present. Drinks were left empty with no refills, food arrived at different times, and the glassware was noticeably dirty. For a smaller restaurant that wasn’t even at full capacity, the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. There are many other nearby options offering comparable food with far better service.

Our server, Jenna, was just starting the job, the wait for our food was too long, the quality of the food was mediocre. My granddaughter even turned away the desert. I will give them another six months to pull it together..

When we went on a Tuesday evening, the food, cocktails & service were great. But on a Saturday evening, they were out of certain items and unable to make the cocktail I liked and also service wasn’t good. It took over an hour at least to get our meals and long waits for drinks, apps, etc. They seemed understaffed for night. The food was all still very good though.

Tried this place out for the first time. Sat outside, it was OK but I think the ambience would of been far better inside. The food was good but nothing stood out to me. However, the service was SLOW. We asked for water and the waiter stated they were refilling it, no problem. We got our other drinks and waited for the water. Someone other then our waiter dropped off the appetizer and we still didnt have any water and our drinks we ordered were empty. The table that sat after us has water at this point. We didnt see our waiter for a while and when we finally saw him, asked for water again. He seemed confused like he forgot and then said he would bring some. We had to ask for refills on our other drinks as well, as none were offered despite our cups being empty. Our entrees took some time to come out after our appetizer was finished, although the waiter did ensure us that it was coming. Tables that sat after us, were already gone by the time we received our entrees. Overall, it was OK, not sure I'd come back by the lack of service and just OK food for the price.

Always enjoy Battery. Whether you’re seated inside or out, it’s a great place for an intimate dinner or group gathering. With so many shareable plates, mains, and craft cocktails (vegan and vegetarian options too), you’re guaranteed a wondering experience.
