We had a reservation for nine people and overall had a fun time, but there were still a few issues. It was quite busy when our party arrived, which I understand can cause delays. The service itself was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful despite how busy it was. Some of the challenges seemed to come from the combination of having nine people, only two grills, and a two-hour time limit. Because of this, we often had to wait quite a while for plates of food to cook. When the food was ready we had to cook and eat quickly, which meant we were soon left waiting again for more food. This cycle happened several times throughout the meal. At the end of the meal we also waited about 10 minutes to get plates and a knife so we could cut our cake. Overall, the food we ordered was good, while the buffet options were tolerable at best. If you can visit during a less busy time, I think it would probably be closer to a 4/5 experience. Unfortunately, due to the wait times and the unreliable call system, our experience ended up being closer to a 3/5.

The lady server were excellent but one male server was very rude (the guy was taller, i need to pin point it because the other male server is ok, only the taller one was terrible, he was impolite, not friendly and reluctant to serve. U need to understand that we are getting more and more choices for Korean bbq here in Edmonton now so we need a good service for the 18% tip that we paid

It was on the expensive side, but the food was good not great. But the service was top notch. Best service I've witnessed.

Im not sure if it was because it was Valentine’s day but the service wasn’t great. It shouldn’t be an excuse though as there was a lot of staff working. Our plates were stacking up at the edge of the table because no one would be picking up our plates as they walked by. When my husband went to the bathroom, he observed two employees just leaned up against sinks with their faces in their phones. Maybe they don’t have a break room? It got to the point where I had to find a cart that was being used to carry the dirty dishes to put the plates that were left on our table. For 15 people, 3 cooking burners was not enough. Plus being told you were on a time limit and once you had 30-min left they would tell you your times almost up, eat whats on your table. We found ourselves feeling rushed that we werent able to enjoy our time. I had made reservations over a week prior and we had a large group. Instead of putting us on the large table, they split our group up and we had to sit at two tables with our backs to one another across the room. The restaurant had even called me a few days prior to let me know that they were going to put us on the bigger table plus have a table sitting beside the bigger table so we didn’t feel separated. That did not happen. It was very disappointing. As for the food selection, it was also disappointing. They have a big bottle of mouthwash in the bathroom for people to use as well. I guess it is useful as they soak all the meats in a garlic sauce. I do not think I will be coming back to this restaurant, nor will I be recommending it.

Very attentive to any guest. They're all smiling eventhough is Dinner peak when we came. Fast service with just 1 push buttons. Parking lot is plenty. Exhaust is outstanding, u cant see any smoke around the resto. You can request dor quick change of bbq pan.

Food overall was delicious. The bbq meats were to die for and the service was EXCELLENT. Everyone was attentive and kind. Drinks came quickly and used dishes were always removed right away. The only small complaint was the time constraint and the buffet sides were mostly empty when we went up unfortunately. There were no mussels or spring rolls left, and the fried rice was almost gone and what was left was dried out. They may have been replenished but not when we were up. You are also given a max amount of time you can stay. We didn’t arrive until 7pm and we were a large party from work celebrating birthdays. Even though the restaurant was empty and it didn’t appear they would need the tables for another seating, as we were just finishing up our drinks and visiting after our meal we were told to leave just shortly after 9pm. The dining/bbq process does take time, so two hours goes by quickly. Most of us had just put down our chopsticks when they said our time was up. We were also not offered coffee or tea after. Minor complaints, but it did feel like our evening came to an abrupt end when they only wanted to clean the tables, not reseat them.

The marinated food was too sweet, the portion was small, not fresh as well. Overall it’s not worth with the price

Very good meat selection. There need grates with more of a mesh to allow more even cooking and less smoke.
