Brick Oven Pizza

An artisanal tradition — We make our dough from scratch in our kitchen every morning, then allow it to “rest” at a controlled temperature for 48 hours to develop optimal flavor and texture. Once proofed, stretched & finished with a blend of fresh toppings, our pizza is kissed by flames & cooked by the intense heat stored in the bricks of our oven.
