Everything was really good except we ordered an extra sauce pizza. It came with less than normal sauce. Our server (Ashley who was awesome) offered to have it remade. That would’ve thrown the timing off for the other pizza already delivered. She did offer to and bring some sauce in a bowl. It’s just not the same as baked in. But aside from that everything was great. It was 2 for Tuesday. So buy a pizza and get a free pizza. That is a great deal! Caesar salad was very fresh with nice crispy lettuce. Meatball side was really good. Service was excellent. Restaurant very clean. That includes the rest room. Being a senior citizen I felt very comfortable there. Would recommend for families especially the 2 for Tuesday pizza deal. Would recommend for seniors with a nice comfortable atmosphere

It’s not like we expected a great meal. But it was at best marginal. We didnt try the pizza which did look good. But the drinks were meh and the pasta dishes tasted like a microwave meal. Sorry it’s just the truth. Granted we mostly go to fine dining but this was a kids trip and thought maybe it would be like the Olive Garden but it was much worse.

Terrible. Didn’t stay. I have many good meals at Bertucci’s in the past, but the service was so terrible le this time that we left before even placing our order.

Totally apathetic waiter. Forgot a bowl of soup and forgot a whole order of chicken wings, couldn’t seem to be bothered. Burger way too rare. Salad good. Food was decent but service poor.

Food was good. Did not have a great beer selection, and what they did have a lot of it was out of stock.

Feel so sad about this place. It’s dirty, the service is terrible and the food has really gone downhill while prices are not cheap. I understand this is not a high end restaurant but it is not up to par on what it should be. My husband ordered a draft beer and there was not one single bubble/fizz in it and it was warm. He is always so laid back about that stuff so nicely told the waiter and asked for another brand beer. The waiter literally said “they will all be like that” we didn’t get any beer😂 the apps came out the same time as dinner and they served the dip with dried out sub rolls. Just awful. Didn’t help that our waiter spoke very little English and ignored us

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. The beer tap is not working and hasn’t been for months now. The beer is warm, flat and sour tasting - it had gone bad - why isn’t it being repaired? Our server apologized and acknowledged it hasn’t been working.
