The staff at birdies or a part of what makes this restaurant amazing. Not only the food by Kevin Lee which is absolutely perfect every time we go but the staff and their pleasant attitude you can tell they enjoy working there the manager Josh resume extremely engaged with all the patrons stop by our table multiple times the waitress we had remembered us from the times we've been there before even though we are out of town and we don't make it there very often. This is an amazing restaurant with amazing food and we can't wait to try Kevin's new restaurant downtown MAHT.

It was my first experience at a fine dining place, and it was great. All the staff were receptive and amiable. The food was great, but expensive. Even so, I would definitely go back and eat there again. Great menu with lots of drink options. Perfect place for a special date or occasion.

Great food and great service! I recommend the Brussel sprouts and sticky ribs! I love that everything was family style! The steak was chefs kiss! You won’t regret it!

There was a nice display area where we had our photo taken and they gave me an autographed photo of Chef Kevin Lee! I was very happy with the food and the expereience!!!

This was our first time visiting. We had high expectations. It isn’t often that an establishment exceeds your expectations, but Birdies did in every way. Talk about FlavorTown! We were just passing through the city on a road trip. This place has earned a permanent spot on the Must-Do road trip locations. A special shout out to Kyle for such outstanding service. He treated us like we were honored regulars… A well-earned 5-star rating from me.

This is by far the best modern Korean around, they are moving to a larger venue just down the street according to the general manager. This is authentic as it gets with an award winning chef's flair of course. It's not Halmonis dinner, but its what Halmoni would serve if she had an honored guest. Thank you and please add more Kimchis and Banchan. The sticky ribs are unbelievable. The steaks are cooked just right if you order medium rare like us. Overall worth it for the love of my life's birthday to say, "I love you once again" Ya'll made it special and it's hard to impress a Korean wife with Korean food, so thank you again.

Great food and drinks, as you'd expect from a Chef Kevin Lee restaurant. The service really stood out. Dani made us feel welcome right away, Tony was an excellent server, and Josh, the manager, went above and beyond—even bringing us a sample of a dish after noticing us looking it up. All three were friendly and engaging throughout our meal. A great experience, with plenty of delicious leftovers for the next day! We look forward to visiting again at the new location.
