We arrived at 7.10pm advised the young guy that we had a booking He said ok will find your table. Came to us and advise couldn't find our table asked us twice if we had a booking. I said yes and showed him the booking still looked at us with balnked face and were told just sit anywhere. Table next to us was full of guys who placed golf early on all they did were use fowl language no one said anything to them. Would I come back or recommend highly unlikely

My partner ordered the steak. It was nice, but cold. I ordered the nachos and they were terrible. There was hardly any meat on it and there was bright yellow sliced, processed cheese on top. The waited warned me that the plat was very hot, but it was not and the meal was cold. It was horrible and we won’t be going back. There was a 20% surcharge on everything because of the public holiday. Ordinarily I wouldn’t mind this, but I felt completely ripped off given the quality of the food. The staff were lovely.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a lovely experience! The service was fantastic friendly, attentive and welcoming from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our visit. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

We booked a table for 7.30 as staying at Elysia we thought it would be relaxed. Unfortunately, their system had crashed and they had too many reservations they didn't even know they had. QR code crashed and we had to queue at the bar to order with a long line. Then waiting 40 mins before we got our first course so it spoilt the night. Staff were helpful but stressed and frantic. the technology let them down but created an unfortunate night for patrons. Food was good when it eventually came!

Had a really lovely night at Cypress bistro. The food was fabulous and service excellent. Will definitely return.

Staff were friendly, but the decor is dated and it needs a refurb. They are obviously relying on view during the day, but at night it's beige with hooks on the wall missing the art. The furniture is old and cheap looking. I ordered a pizza and it came missing a key ingredient, when I took it back and asked I was told it was a new menu item. The staff member grabbed the menu and had to read it out to the chef. They fixed it up but also had the same pizza going out for delivery so I guess I wasn't the only disappointed patron.

Food is good value, definitely not fine dining. Service was pretty bad, we ate here twice during our stay at Cypress, both times we had to clear the table of our plates ourselves between courses.

We had a fantastic time at Cypress Lakes Bistro Food was fabulous- loved the Thai Fish curry, service was outstanding and all staff friendly and attentive I was so impressed I asked to speak to the supervisor as I wanted to extend my appreciation for a great night out

Due to the booking being placed in the wrong area we had been rushed. Then in the venue a large party of 40+ people came. The food was ok, it’s not on our list to return. In saying that we are glad we tried it.

We had dinner at the Bar and Bistro, and unfortunately it was a major let‑down. Although it required a booking, it didn’t feel like a proper restaurant experience. During the booking process I noted a special request for our wedding anniversary, but the staff were unaware of it, and even after I raised it, the follow‑up was slow and the options offered were very limited. Ordering was also inconvenient — the QR code system was disabled, so we had to walk over to the bar each time to place our order. We were also told we couldn’t order drinks unless we selected our meals first, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. Overall, the dining experience didn’t meet expectations.
