Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. Nice table and lively wait staff. At lunch that Saturday, the restaurant was mostly empty. I found it odd that the put most all of the customers including our table in one small section of the restaurant. We all thought we should have been spread out a bit farther for some privacy in conversations and laughter.

Waiter did not introduce himself so I did not get his name We ask another waiter for extra ranch portions that never arrived Service for drinks was slow The food was great but the service was less then basic level

Went to dinner with friends and had a great time overall! However, the service was very slow, and we spent around three hours waiting for everything, from drinks to dinner and dessert. We ordered the large Pizookie to share since we had a big group. We were told it would take around 20–30 minutes, but it ended up taking almost an hour to arrive. By the time we finally got it, it wasn’t even warm anymore. I would recommend ordering individual small Pizookies instead of the large one, as the wait was much longer than expected and the dessert wasn’t served warm.

Felt really rushed by server. I also felt like the server did not seem happy to be helping out our table of 11. Drink was spilled on one guest twice after the first drink came out wrong. I had this reservation weeks in advance to celebrate a birthday :/ I probably won’t be coming back.

BJ’s has good food and value. We sat right under a speaker, so it was a bit loud and hard to hear each other. Our service was okay. The waitress messed up one of our entree orders and that person in our group had to sit and wait for the correct entree while the rest of us had food. Why not just write the order down so there’s no mistakes? The waitress also forgot one if our dessert orders. Overall, we enjoy the food and value at BJ’s and will be back.

Food was terrible, sent it back. Although they did take care of the cost and gave me a substitute side of salmon…. the salmon was burnt. So I ended up throwing that away as well.

My fish and chips were overcooked. Price is starting to get into a higher category of cost.

Where to start! Burgers were barely ok. Onion rings were stale and beef was questionable. Philly was not cooked and didn’t taste good at all! Pazookie was delicious! Server poured water in my ginger ale, condiments were requested but never provided, fries taken away while we were still eating, and just overall poor quality food and service! Strange I couldn’t get a reservation until 8 pm when restaurant was empty! Unfortunately, now we know why no one else was there.
