When I arrived to the restaurant it there was a sign on the door that noted it was closed until further notice. The deposit that I paid for the reservation has not been refunded. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone to refund the deposit.

They collect a deposit but do not subtract it from the bill, despite stating they will on the OpenTable page.

Food was delicious. They serve only brunch on Saturday afternoon with a fixed priced menu. The place was quite empty but was fine for us. Our server, Dashonte, was very polite. He did a great job on his first day! Only complaint is that when you make reservations on OpenTable, the restaurant requires a $10 deposit per person, which is non-refundable on the day of your reservation. They apply it to your final bill, but seems unnecessary and it almost made us not go there.

I am going to start off by saying that the food was amazing, however, my lamb chops wasn’t well done even after I send them back. When we first arrived, we were seated right away but the waiter took forever to come over, she took a table that came in after us and completely ignored us. After waiting a while I think the “manager” came over and apologized and helped us right away. Also, the deposit did not go towards the bill and I probably won’t be visiting here again due to wait time and being ignored.

I paid more at($257+) black diamond than I did at ruth s chris$(170). When I received the check and saw how much it was I was blown and just gave my card up. Got back to Baltimore read the bill and noticed I was charged for 3 salads we had 2. 2 spring rolls that we didn't have,we had wings that weren't seasoned just dumped in sauce. The waitress was still at the table giving us our food when I tasted and gave the lobster mac with no lobster back to her. Pasta was ehhh lamb chops ehhh. Champagne cheap, lemon drop over priced as well. It was like a shot. Booths had holes in the chairs and the dj was iust playing songs. You might have to catch this spot on the weekend to get the website vibe.

The menu was extremely limited. Order on appetizer it took 30 minutes before they informed me that they ran out. Their jerk wings was the only decent thing. They only have alcohol and bottled water and almost no silverware with mostly plastic available. The lamb chomps were overcooked and chewy and the jerk chicken pasta was lacking chicken and flavor. The lobster Mac had little to none lobster in it for it price and the dessert was terrible. The size of the cake was embarrassing for what they charge look store bought and even tasted worse.

Valentines Day prefixed menus, deposit required at booking. Deposit wasn’t taken off of final check, we had to ask for it to be credited. We never got silverware. Paid in cash and wasn’t given the coin change, just the dollars. Who does that? Champagne glasses were plastic, not sanitary

Food and service was great, however the first floor music was too loud. My guest and I could barely hear each other over the bass. The levels needed regulating and turned down to an enjoyable level versus a booming sound. It made my ears pop.

Came at the time of reservation with no hostess at the stand told us to seat our selves after 10 minutes even though no one was eating at the restaurant it was empty. Then didn't serve us or ask us anything for 30 minutes total I asked for a refund they said cancel even though there's no cancelation after reservation and it states you don't get a refund. The manager or owner walked out as I was speaking with him and the staff sat behind the bar talking the whole time. Don't make a reservation here.
