Información sobre este restaurante

Located in Spring Lake’s Grand Victorian Hotel, The Black Trumpet is a fine eatery that focuses on local produce and modern American fare. Take advantage of the local catch and enjoy the unique lobster cappuccino, a luscious lobster bisque topped with lobster chunks and lobster foam, as an exceptional starter. Popular main courses include the porcini mushroom dusted scallops with English peas and carrot butter, the juicy bone-in chicken breast with feta-studded potatoes and the slow roasted lamb with couscous. The Black Trumpet makes crave-worthy cuisine with an inventive twist and happens to offer stunning, Oceanside views. It is little wonder that The Black Trumpet is a local favorite for hosting special occasions. The establishment not only serves lunch and dinner daily, but also a sensational breakfast during summer months.
