The Steak Frites was very disappointing. The steak was thin and gristly. The fries were 4 thick potato slices with very little flavor .

What great tavernbar. Felling like you are in Templebar district Dublin. A really pubby vibe with very friendly staff.

Nicely appointed pub in a great location in the theater district. Service was excellent, back table a bit cramped but workable. Pub food, decently priced (the wine will up the bill, beer not so much) and promptly served. The French Dip was good, fries nice and crispy, fish with the fish and chips breaded a bit much but otherwise tasty with tartar and vinegar sides. Great for pre-theater or if you don't feel like spending $150 for dinner for two.

Our waitress and hostess were so very nice. We had lunch on a Saturday before Billy Crystal's 805 matinee. Food was delivered very quickly. French Fries were not and crisp.

Nice bar very good pub food, classics but well made. Service very good also and really friendly. Sports on the TV’s but not particularly loud. Great bar with good foes what it says on the tin.

Wanted a quick lunch before a Saturday matinee. Blake’s was a great choice. The service was great and the food was tasty. It is a great choice!
