Blenheim es un nuevo y seductor restaurante en West Village, el cual selecciona sus ingredientes de la granja de 60 hectáreas ubicada en Catskill Mountains y cuyos propietarios son Morten Sohlberg y Min Ye. El restaurante es un lienzo en el que se utilizan las verduras, frutas, carnes, lácteos e incluso jarabe de maple provenientes de la granja. Cuenta con una carta de vinos cuidadosamente seleccionados, en la que se pueden encontrar vinos orgánicos, naturales y biodinámicos, así como cocteles artesanales que utilizan ingredientes de la granja. Tanto vinos y cocteles buscan maridar los diferentes perfiles de sabores del menú. El restaurante cuenta con 45 lugares para sentarse y está inspirado en un mundo alejado del bullicio de la ciudad de Nueva York. Siguiendo tendencias modernas, el lugar toma su punto de partida en la idea tradicional del estilo "de la granja a la mesa", y lo yuxtapone a una decoración antigua y clásica. We had a 25 year sorority sister reunion of 6 women and we way overstayed our welcome but they were so accommodating and the overall service and food were fantastic. Will definitely return!

Excellent quality of food. Menu was thoughtful and varied. Food was well prepared and service was excellent. All in all an excellent meal.

Loved this restaurant. Small, quiet and wonderful food. Nice menu, much of which is from their farm in the Catskills. A nice find and will definitely come again.

The restaurant week menu was underwhelming (regular menu is much better). Brussel sprouts overly acidic, excess dressing on arugula salad, butternut squash was bland. The dessert was good as well as the winter vegetable mix and char.

We took a chance on picking this restaurant,, based on seeing photos online and reading about the concept. We were really glad we did. The atmosphere is really warm and cosy, we were greeted with open arms by the manager and the food was tasty, fresh and flavorful. We had a great dinner with our friends, sharing plates and soaking up the ambiance. We’ll be coming back here for sure. We highly recommend Blenheim.
