The place was decorated ok. Expected more Christmas flair. Most likely will not go back to an OM Christmas pop up. The staff was great.

It was fun & festive but it’s a lobby bar - pricey drinks. Not sure it’s an experience we would need to do again but glad we checked it out. Waitress was pleasant & friendly! Drinks were tasty but a bit on the higher priced end.

Terrible experience not cute not nice. We made reservation at 9:30 and they wouldn’t serve us kitchen closed

Overall, very positive experience. The bartender was fabulous. Drinks, albeit expensive, were fabulous. However, the decorations were sparse and lacking!

We came here for the Christmas vibes, obviously, and were excited to go to a Christmas bar without having to trek into Dallas. The photos online were really cute, but we walked in and were completely underwhelmed. This is the lobby bar, which we were prepared for. They basically put wrapping paper and tinsel on the walls, threw in a big red chair for a photo op and called it a day. The bar was dead but they had already run out of martini glasses and brought espresso martinis out in rocks glasses instead. My friends said they were really strong. The service wasn’t bad until the checks came - they were handed to us correctly but my friend’s card was then overcharged by about $20 for a drink that wasn’t part of our tabs. They fixed it, but how does that even happen? This is probably a great little place for a festive nightcap if you’re spending the night at the hotel, but if you are really looking for the Christmas pop-up experience, skip this one and make the drive into Dallas for something that has a bit more effort put into it.

We stopped into Blitzen’s and left seriously impressed. The staff brought the energy — festive gear, sharp service, and those over-the-top holiday garnishes that match the blinged-out bar décor. The whole space feels fun, intentional, and festively executed. We tried Oy to the World, Va Va Vixen, the Espresso-Ho Ho Martini, and The Blitzen — all creative, balanced, and thoughtfully built. You can tell Julie Reiner’s fingerprints are all over this menu; the cocktails are legit, not gimmicky. It’s a great holiday experience all around. I’d definitely come back to work through the rest of the menu.

Great pregame location for the Cowboys Christmas Extravaganza. The area is decorated for Christmas and the fire was warm! We did find the drinks below average in both taste and festive feel.
