Welcome to Blossom Restaurant. Nestled in the heart of Norwich, Blossom was created by two chefs with a shared vision, to breathe new life into a timeless space and celebrate the beauty of renewal.
Chefs and owners Fabio Miani and Mortimer Fraser designs every dish and menus guided by the seasons, with care and purpose.
Our set menu changes regularly to reflect the very best of local produces. Ingredients are grown and crafted by passionate Norfolk farmers and local growers. While dishes change frequently, the essence remains the same: food that reflects both land and time of year.

My partner is gluten free and vegetarian, and they made a distinct menu for her that was just as good as ours. Excellent staff, both fun and attentive. For the money (we had two bottles of wine and a cocktail) it was really one of a kind.

Fine dining, well presented dishes at a pleasing price point. Delicate portions of an elegant sufficiency served by lovely staff. Great to be able to get wines by the glass not overpriced which means you can mix and match for courses and not spend more than you would on a single bottle that doesn’t suit every dish. A very welcome addition to the Norwich dining scene. Recommend.

We loved our first ever visit to Blossom, though had actually sat at the same table when it was Roger Hickmans restaurant! The 4 course menu had several excellent choices for each course; the bread and pre dinner canape were gorgeous; a short but varied and interesting wine list produced an outstanding Chilean Cabernet Franc; and the service was cheerful, helpful, personal and informative. Twice baked Baron Bigod souffle my personal favourite, though White Chocolate and Amaretto cheesecake a very close runner up. Cant wait for our next visit.

Our overall experience was excellent. But when we revisit we will ask not to sit by the door, it was too cold as people came in and out, or didn’t shut the door properly .

We were celebrating my mum's birthday, they could not have done enough to ensure it was special. Everything was great from the food to the service, we really enjoyed our experience at Blossom.
