Went out for everyday dining. The staff was kind and the food was tasty. A bit loud as the restaurant opens to the bar are of the Ritz Carlton and they had a live band. I would go again for the food and service

Everyone from the door men to the hotel, the wonderful and welcoming hostess at the front and our phenomenal server, Alex. To top it off, the food was incredible as well as the fabulous wine selection. We couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. We will definitely be back!

Excellent dinner at BLT. Delicious food to include chicken pate, popovers, filet and faroe island salmon. Jerome was superb in his delivery and truly engaging to ensure all aspects of our dinner were of the highest level. Thank you BLT and a special thanks to Jerome!

Our server Mian was excellent. Attentive and responsive. The food surprisingly was less than I expected. I had the NY strip and my date had the ribeye, both good cuts of meat, but lacked flavor. Our sides were the brussel sprouts and the BBQ corn, both Ok, but nothing spectacular. I will try them again, but after Steak 48 and another round at Eddie V's.

Our server Ed was just phenomenal. He did a great job with what seems to be a lost art of service, food and beverage education, and allowing you to enjoy your company. The food was really great as well. Subtle flavors and food that was not too heavy which allows you to continue your evening. Really nice experience and will definitely be returning.

Waited over an hour for our food. When it came out my steak and my husbands were cold. They took them back and brought them out on a hot plate but they were still cold. We just kept them at this point. The manager did take the steaks off our bill but I would have preferred if they would have offered to just make us new steaks and provide a free glass of wine. I was so disappointed because this used to be my favorite steak place. I will give them another try but not anytime soon.

The steak was phenomenal! The pop overs so light and delicious. The ambiance was cozy yet fun and the drinks were delicious. Wonderful way to spend our anniversary!

Filet was perfection. Creamed spinach, amazing. Jalapeño mashed potatoes, just ok. The bread they serve, called Popovers, were absolutely delicious. Served with butter and sea salt...forgetaboutit. Really had a great Valentines dinner here.

My boyfriend and I went here for our 4 year anniversary and it is hands down our new favorite fancy place in Charlotte. The food, service, and ambiance was phenomenal! We were greeted by multiple people and told to enjoy our dinner and welcomed us. Our server asked if we were celebrating our anniversary and brought us a free champagne toast and appetizer which we loved! We got the tuna appetizer and the bacon one they were so tasty! The bacon one was bigger than we thought. I got the hanger steak cooked rare and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My boyfriend got the bone-in ribeye he thought it was a little salty but he’s picky so makes sense. We shared the bbq corn, creamed spinach, and jalapeño mashed potatoes. They creamed spinach wasn’t very good but the bbq corn and mashed potato’s were amazing. Finished off with the cheese cake and sherbet the cheese cake was so good but the sherbet on the side was interesting. My boyfriend got the peanut butter mousse I tried it and it was very good! We also go a bottle of wine and they kept it on a separate table so we had more space and our server was so attentive and always came to fill up our glasses before they got empty. This place has got it figured out we will definitely be back!!

This was my first time eating at BLT and it was superb! Jerome was our waiter, and he was magnificent, one of the best waiters I've ever had. The food was amazing and the vibe of the place was nice.

Had dinner at BLT after a show at the Blumenthal. Mian, our server, was exceptional. Funny, knowledgeable, attentive but not intrusive. We started with a dozen PEI oysters on the 1/2 shell, with a French 75 (me) and bubbly rosé (my husband). Then shared the wedge salad, which was plenty for both of us. Delicious bleu cheese in the salad! I had the Dover sole — a pricy entree, perfectly prepared, so I felt worth the indulgence. My husband had the Chilean sea bass, which he also enjoyed. We shared potato gratin side, quite tasty. Finished with the sticky toffee pudding cake with orange ice cream. Tasty although not as “sticky” as one might expect. All in all, a wonderful meal, as usual at BLT.

Enjoyed our visit to BLT steakhouse in Uptown at the Ritz Carlton hotel. The $113 36oz porterhouse was the main event for three to share. We started with the days special oysters and generous Caesar and Wedge salads. One in our group had a modest piece of seared Salmon and another the Chicken. Expectations were high for $37 chicken dish and I was told it did not disappoint. The fish was good but could have been an ounce of two larger. We added sides of Brussel sprouts, Street corn, Green beans and Vidalia onion rings. All were delicious. The peanut butter chocolate mousse topped with banana ice cream and the brulee cheese cake did not disappoint. Cocktail menu was very creative. One of our group tried something new and didn't like it. They graciously replaced it with another. Overall good celebratory dinner. 5 people $500 incl tip. Note: parking is only validated with valet parking via the hotel. We parked in the same lot used by the hotel but were told they couldn't validate because we self parked? After a $500 dinner?

The price for what you get is great. The drinks were great. Our service was very slow. The drinks from the bar took a while to arrive. I believe the bar made the drinks however, our server was taking a while to deliver them to the table. Our server wasn't very personable. The filet was average. It was fairly loud in the restaurant. I found it hard to have a conversation. Overall it was just an average experience.
