The Boiler House and Texas Grill & Wine Garden es un establecimiento original genuino de Texas. Todo estaba muy rico, lo único creo que pueden mejorar es que los meseros estén más atentos a las mesas, hubo varias ocasiones en las que no había nadie q nos pudiera atender, nos tocó en el segundo piso, y hubo veces q no había nadie para solicitarle algo.

Comida muy grasosa. Pedí una sopa y me la llevaron fría y al mismo tiempo que mi hamburguesa (misma que estaba demasiado grasos y poco caliente).

The Boiler House is a great old structure with the industrial vibe of the Pearl area. Izzy was very friendly and gave us great service. It was our anniversary weekend, so she offered us a complimentary glass of champagne with our breakfast.

We had a few issues, steak cooked wrong, salad drenched in dressing, we were all sweating it was so hot and we were inside. My chicken was really good and my husband liked the brisket empanadas he ordered as well as said the bread pudding was fantastic. Drinks took way too long and no one was impressed . We even tried dessert drinks trying again and my bourbon coffee was undrinkable for me. The manager really tried hard to make it a great experience so serious kudos to him having me up my overall score. He brought out a nice dessert platter for the table that was really presented well on the house due to all of our issues.

The food and service were good, but it was a little hot and stuffy as we sat upstairs. It would have been nice if it was a cool escape from the heat outside.

Have been to broiler house several times and it’s been phenomenal every time, food, drinks, service all top notch. Went for restaurant week and the wedge salad, delicious, 10oz NY strip steak cooked to perfection and extremely tender as for the dessert, white chocolate bread pudding was the best I’ve ever had. Will be back for many more times.

Food was delicious and service was good. The bar area was a good ten degrees hotter than other dining areas, and we were seated at a high top despite reserving a standard table via OpenTable. My biggest beef is getting charged $2 per drink for a big, fancy ice cube—not asked for, nor explained until my husband pointed it out on the bill. Not to mention, only one of his two drinks even had the big, fancy ice cube. Seems like a needless way to nickel and dime customers who are dropping around $50 each for dinner.

The quality of food and the great reviews I read was disappointing to me and the wait just to get your drinks out took about 30 minutes very slow service but water was nice and helpful when ordering.

I took my wife there for her birthday. We ended up ordering from the restaurant tour, 3 course menu. She loves fish and said that it was the tastiest she has had in a long time. The steak I had was cooked exactly as I requested. The waitress that served us was entertaining and knowledgeable about the restaurant and meals. One of the suggested dishes by her was surprisingly tasty. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is peaceful and relaxed. The decor is nice and represents the restaurant well, and fits in the Pearl Brewery community well. I would recommend that couples looking for a quiet and personal outing stop by there. Definitely a place I would return to.

Hardly saw waiter and out of entree at 6 pm. Alternative provided was paying more for a steak too large. Food was good overall. Don’t mind paying for delicious food. Left dissatisfied after $400 check.

We had a great experience, unfortunately one iteam we ordered was over cooked so before it got to us the manager came out to let us know and offered a few iteams off the menu for free to compensate for the lost time. Super friendly and kind. Once the food came out it was very good and presented very well. My family will definitely be going back.

We took advantage of Restaurant Weeks to try this establishment and were not disappointed. Enjoyed the Baby Iceberg Wedge, 10oz New York Strip and dessert. All perfectly prepared and presented. Excellent waitstaff.

We arrived at our appropriate time for our reservation, we were seated immediately and drink order was placed and the wait on for our drinks was not too terribly long. Order was taken, appetizers were brought to the table quick and our entrees took approximately 20-30 minutes. Food was hot and everything was seasoned well. We shared the chorizo Brussel sprouts which were outstanding. Staff members were attentive and very polite. Restaurant manager made sure to check on us several times during our visit. Atmosphere was great. We will be back soon.

Food and service was fantastic. Only problem very warm. They are trying with fans and coolers but was still warm. Bathroom was a sauna. Place is fantastic but needs to do something about air conditioning.

The beef pate was awful Ribeye was served barely warm on a cold plate Very hot upstairs Sam our server was excellent Probably won’t recommend until I give you a second chance My husband and I eat out at least six nights a week as do most of our friends. So always looking for a nice experience with good food

My girlfriend and I celebrated my birthday on august 11. It was our first time dining and enjoyed the entire experience. The staff was very welcoming and our waiter was very polite and made great recommendations for our appetizers (smoked marrow). As for drinks my girlfriend wasn’t drinking but he made a great recommendation with the garden cosmo and I enjoyed a bourbon house cocktail. As for dinner he was very helpful with recommendations on the doneness of the steaks. I had the 16oz ribeye and she had the 8oz filet. The restaurant was lovely, the ambience is upscale but you feel at home still. We appreciated the restaurant decision to have small fans running since it has been very hot this summer. We will be back in September for my mother birthday dinner which will be her first time as well but she has wanted to dine there as well. Thank you for a memorable dinner.
