   Appetizer came before water or drinks. Waited 45 minutes for our salad that did not show up. When dinner finally came (an hour after we ordered) my husbands was wrong. They brought him another but I was done eating by then. The salads showed up as we were preparing to leave! All they did was give us a free drink and $20 off bill. That $20 did not even cover half of one dinner.

   I don’t leave many reviews, but felt it necessary after our experience at Braddocks. The host that seated us was polite and was very welcoming. The waiter was not rude, but before we could try to make any type of request, he was gone. Not good. The food was great, but the main entrees took quite some time to get. So much so that the table of 4 next to us that ordered after us got their food 20 minutes before we got ours. Head scratcher. Then the HUGE issue we had happened. My girlfriend ordered a drink, took a sip, and didn’t like it at all. I told the waiter she didn’t like her drink and would like an Old Fashioned ($21 drink). He said sure and wouldn’t you know it, he came back with a half drink. I guess they figured since she took a sip of drink that tasted like cough syrup, they wouldn’t give her a full drink. Considering, we had 4 drinks each, 2 appetizers, 2 dinners totaling $197 plus a $40 tip, they couldn’t even give her a full drink replacement. Honestly, that is pathetic and we were both quite disappointed. I could understand if she consumed the majority of the drink, then said she wanted a different drink. It wasn’t that situation. Hopefully, they read this and make the appropriate changes to improve the customer service when it comes to a drink or food item that needs replaced. My question is if she didn’t like her beef noodles and had a bite, would they give a half replacement? Unacceptable and hopefully they don’t do that to future customers. Do better!

   We had dinner before a symphony performance. Very convenient to Heinz Hall and The Benedum. The food and drinks were very good and the service was excellent.

   The restaurant is in the Renaissance Hotel, so it is very spacious. The food and service were excellent! Autumn was a very attentive server.

   I try to be super understanding these days. Restaurant workers are overworked and underpaid. I get that. But our overall experience was awful. My partner ordered a flight of whiskey and it took 20 minutes to get it. I asked for medium steak. It was a hockey puck. Not that I could tell my server, because we barely saw him. The only enjoyable thing we ate was my partner’s salad (Thai beef noodle). Will NOT be going back.

    The Thai Beef Noodle Salad was way too spicy. Every bite required a gulp of water to keep our mouths from burning. The burning sensation and taste of spices lingered after the meal until we has ice cream for dessert. Incidentally, we are both fans of fairly spicy food and frequently order Thai food elsewhere such as Burg Thai and The Green Mango.

    I had the ceviche it was very good, lots of mussels and scallops and shrimp that were not overpowered by the citrus. My steak was divine, the best fillet I have ever had! I can usually only eat about half one, but I ate the whole thing.

    Made reservations for our daughter's birthday with friends. Was not what I expected, as I did little research on the restaurant. Service, food and setting was amazing! Thank you for the birthday dessert surprise too!

    Had a great meal with a friend before a show at the nearby Benedum Center. We love being able to park first and then walk to dinner and the theater. The server was great and made good recommendations, and the food was excellent.

    We were greeted by staff immediately, even though we arrived just before the restaurant opened. The staff in both the restaurant and bar were friendly and attentive. The quality of food and beverages was excellent.

    Unfortunately the hotel had booked a large wedding to take place in the lobby right in front of the restaurant. This made it difficult to get into the restaurant and made it difficult for the staff to full our drink orders since the bar was located on the other side of the ongoing wedding. The staff did an excellent job accommodating our dinner party given the situation. I found it incredible that the hotel would book a 6:30-7:00 wedding on New Year's eve in a space that overlapped the restaurant. This delayed our dinner considerably.

    $28 for a very dry 1/2 chicken. Even the dark meat had to be washed down with water. My wife had a wonderful sirloin dinner though. Drinks were good, atmosphere nice but nothing Christmas. Service was good. Walmart rotisserie is better.

    Experience was terrible as the restaurant was listed as open and Open Table confirmed the reservation, but upon arrival we discovered the restaurant was closed. A waste of time and money getting there. Should take the time to update their hours with open table if they’re going to arbitrarily close on weekdays.

    We've eaten here twice in the past couple of months before attending shows downtown, and we've really enjoyed the meals. The Bavarian pretzels and sausage, white bean, and kale soup were excellent starters. The salmon, fish and chips, and Cajun shrimp and chicken were well-seasoned and flavorful. They offer a nice selection of cocktails. In addition to our usual Manhattans and wine, we've experimented with a couple of different drinks from the cocktail menu and all have been delicious. What really makes our meals great is the wonderful service provided by Autumn. We've been lucky to have her as our server both times we visited, and she is absolutely wonderful. She's attentive and stays on top of things, no matter how busy the restaurant is. We consider Braddock's to be a good value for the quality of the food and service.

    Our server was fantastic, she was on it the whole time. There were 4 of us. I ordered the burger and I got it without the sauce. My friend got it as is with the sauce and thought it was pretty good. I found myself salting and peppering the meat because it was not seasoned at all. Not a bad burger, but not memorable. My friend ordered the pasta without the shrimp and the server told her they'd throw in some extra chicken, but the portion that she was given was embarrassing. Not only no extra chicken, but a paltry serving of penne as well. I can't remember what the cost of that pasta dish was, but there could not have been more than a cup of food on her plate. She ended up eating 1/2 of my fries and 1/4 of my friends burger because she was still hungry. The best part was the peanut butter chocolate cake we got for dessert. We went here to eat because it was one of the few places available at the time we needed.

    Enjoyed the excellent Beet Salad and, believe it or not, the Fish and Chips. The fish was batter-fried, generous and tasted good. Others had salmon and the huge Corned Beef Sandwich. The room noise level was high because of a number of large groups clearly having a good time.

    We enjoyed dinner here before a symphony concert. The menu is somewhat limited and with higher prices than on web site. Since the soup offering was not on the menu we had already ordered an appetizer before we knew about it. I tried the tasty fall sangria cocktail. For entrees I had the nice grilled salmon and my companion enjoyed the sliced sirloin steak with chimichurri. We shared a large piece of cake that was good but not great.

    Super friendly and efficient wait staff. We use this restaurant as a pre-theater option and they always serve us and get us out on time no matter the circumstances. Food is very good. Entrees are better than sandwiches. Salmon entree is really good, hamburger was run of the mill. Nice touch with bread and olive oil. Nice wine list.

    We have been to this restaurant many times and seen it undergo many transformation The current incarnation is by far the worst. The service is awful the food mediocre and the value below par. We used to really like it. We will not be going back
