Sus managers Son lo más desagradables que existen, cuando llegas con personas mayores x y que no las dejen sentarse hasta que estén todos comienza mal, después no globos de cumpleaños bueno ok, después bajo amenaza de que no separan cuentas… y todo con una cara de que te están haciendo un favor… nunca me gusta ofender gente pero esta vez les llamaría mal! Por suerte nos fuimos al bar y allí la persona que nos atendió fue de lo mejor y más relajado, más cuando llegaron 4 invitados más , odio los lugares estirados como este aunque es precioso y la comida buena . Managers are not positive people, disgusting attitude, rest of employees are amazing and food very good

Beautiful place for couples and small family. The service was great but the food like steak portion was small with no sides. We had pay extra sides for the steak portion although the food is very good.

Awful !!!!! Starting with the Bang Bang shrimp appetizer. Tasted like it was from Panda Express at terminal C at Bush airport. Ordered the rib-eye steaks that were so salty you couldn't eat them. My sister-in-law took the steaks home to give to her dogs. She'll need to wash them off first before feeding it to them. Really was an such an awful and disappointing evening to celebrate our anniversary. Don't waste your money!

It was our 30th anniversary, and from the moment we walked in, every staff was making sure to make it special for us. Miguel was very helpful and very attentive. The restaurant have a romantic atmosphere and the food is delicious. Thank you !

Me and my girlfriend dined here for our 1 year anniversary and it was perfect! The food was amazing and our server explained all the specials and get her recommendations to us since we have never been. 10/10 experience and would definitely go back!

Our dining experience was truly amazing, our server Eder was a great waiter and he gave our group amazing service! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and provide great descriptions of the dishes. He and other staff members were very attentive and helpful to us. The atmosphere and ambiance were amazing! Such a pleasant experience.

Service was great as usual but we were heartbroken to learn that one of the restaurant‘s signature dishes and the reason we visit- The Wiener Schnitzel - has been discontinued! We feel this is a huge mistake and even dishonors the heritage of the restaurant’s founders. As a German American family Brenner’s was the one place we could depend on for authentic Schnitzel in Houston outside our own kitchen. Please bring it back.

Some of our food was amazing like the 6 oz sirloin, the pan roasted salmon, and the 10 oz pork chop off the Houston Restaurant Week menu. The brussel sprouts and au gratin potatoes were exceptionally delicious. Our least favorites dishes were the 16 oz ribeye (too fatty) and the gulf red snapper (bland) off the regular dinner menu. For dessert we recommend the bread pudding or the creme brûlée. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would come back.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at this restaurant but I usually prefer brunch. Our dinner was served cold. My date and I had to send everything back to the kitchen. I’m shocked that there are no controls in place to ensure food is hot prior to serving the guest. Our server was very accommodating but I’m also shocked we were only offered an apology for the cold dinner. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be recommending Brenner’s Steakhouse to anyone. Bottom line- we paid upscale dinner prices for cold food

First time visit, despite frequenting other wonderful restaurants in town over the last 15 years. Beautiful location, wonderful food and service. Everything was well-prepared and executed. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

6 of us came for HRW. The ambiance was wonderful, until a table of 12 came into the small room we where we were seated and were extremely loud. Our waiter was very good. He did try to get us to add a lot of extras onto an already 3 course meal. I get it, but at some point recognize after we say we just want the HRW menu. The chicken dish was amazing!! The sirloins were just okay. Both a bit over-cooked which we would not have expected for a steak house. All in all, a lovely experience and hope to come back another time.

Although we made a reservation for 2 about ten days in advance we were given a choice between sitting on a table for 4 under a large AC vent or outside under a noisy fan. Tables were available in the main dining room but we were told they were “reserved”! Reserved for anniversary dinner but got nothing from what was requested. Finally food was poor, the wagyu steak was chewy and the mushrooms made us sick. Overall very disappointing experience.

I had this restaurant saved on my list of places to try and I am sad I did not visit sooner. The location, the place itself, the food, drinks, the everything was amazing! We ordered the charcuterie board to start, both got the NY strip steak with the brussel sprouts and mac and cheese as sides, and had the moscow mule. Every single bite was delicious! The service was also exceptional. I will definitely be visiting more often.

We made a reservation same day and had no problems. Valet was surprisingly cheap. The entire inside and outside environment was gorgeous and classy. My partner and I were equally impressed by everything we saw. Our waiter was very attentive and had great recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious, and even my partner noted how high quality the food tasted in comparison to other places. We went here for my birthday, and every member of the staff made it a point of duty to say it to me, which was super pleasant. Overall, O had a wonderful night and couldn’t have asked for better!

I asked for a black and blue steak. It was never charred even though waiter put in the order correctly. Once , it was sent back to the kitchen the chef decided to recook the same steak instead of starting fresh. Yet still, the steak was cooked incorrectly! To compound the issue both steaks were charged to me even though I never ate a bite! Not even a manager came to apologize for the terrible service!

I was extremely disappointed in the service. We felt rushed and unwanted. It was my boyfriend’s 60th birthday and this was a surprise dinner for him. The views are beautiful. The food is ok. The drinks are not worth the price. Unfortunately, we will not return. I just regret all the planning for his dinner to be such a disappointment.

Returning diner to Brenner's Steakhouse on the Bayou. The location and facilities are wonderful. Initial greetings by the hostess and server were not overwhelming. The server eventually came around, smiling, provided recommendations and appearing genuinely interested. The staff keeping our water glasses full and bread/butter were fantastic! They smiled and were friendly. The bar tender was also very nice. The table we had (single table for 2 about midway between the upper and lower decks was nice, though in the thick of everything as anyone seated on the lower level passed by us. It was also cold since it was directly below the big air vent, which caused the food to cool quicker than if we were seated elsewhere. The food was good. Will definitely return.

This was my second time at Brenner’s and I was very disappointed. The quality of the food was poor. I ordered my filet medium rare and I received it well done, by the time they brought a new steak the side I had ordered was cold. For the price the quality of the meat was not good.
