OUR STORY
Welcome to BrewDog Denver. We are owned by the
family team of Juan Carlos Mondragon, son Eduardo,
daughter Paloma and her husband Elliot. BrewDog
Denver is our passion project and a journey we have
been on since Paloma came to Scotland, the home of
BrewDog, in 2019 and met Elliot.
A Scottish native, Elliot had been a BrewDog fan
since the brewery started in 2007 and it wasn’t long
before Paloma fell in love with the beer (and Elliot!).
Bags were then packed for Europe where Paloma
learned everything there is to know about craft
beer whilst working in BrewDog Brussels and then
it was back to Scotland where, over pints of Jet
Black Heart, BrewDog Denver was born. Having
been drawn to Colorado with the lure of its outdoor
lifestyle and place at the forefront of the craft beer
movement, we are so excited to call RiNo our home.

Attended comedy show here. It was fun! Food and drinks were great.

Showed up with a reservation for two at a high top on a Saturday afternoon. lady just shrugged us off said it was (open seating) finally was seated at the bar in a booth after having to run to keep up with the lady she seats us with no info we sit to wait for service 30 mins go by nothing not a word check anything noticed qr code on the table doesn't work on either one of our phones cant order and do anything. After 40 mins of no service we just left. On our way out i noticed many costumers very unhappy. The facility has a great potential To be a great spot, but with the loss of proper management or service I don’t see me or anyone I know being told to try brewdog ever again.

The service was extremely poor. A very hefty gratuity is automatically added to the bill and you can't change it, the service was some of the worst ever received. They were not friendly and had a lazy and very entitled attitude. No need working for a tip since they automatically got a great one, again, that we couldn't change. Food was ok, over cooked and burned for several in our party. Disappointed to say the least. Will not be returning and suggest to not waste you time or money.

The food was pretty terrible. Had a friend that worked at other BrewDogs and said the food that was served to us looks and tastes like nothing he knows. We were all disappointed. The service was sub-par, not sure why I made a reservation when there was no one to seat us. They got the order and drinks wrong when we were able to get service and it felt like the waitress was annoyed we were even in there. Honestly, this place is only good to get a beer before a show at the Mission, nothing else.

Went to sit at the bar since no one had come up to seat me. She didn’t seem happy to see us and right away asked what our order was and i replied “I’ve never been here can i see a menu please” she was very dismissive the whole time and didn’t really care to have conversation or inform me about specials or the beer or food or anything at all. So that was kind of annoying. Went there for the ayce wings they brought a huge plate for first round and then when i asked for another round they brought me not the same size plate at all, just a tiny personal plate with four wings on it. Didn’t let me know where the water was or anything so it should’ve just been a self serve place to be honest if bartenders are going to act like anyone walking in is a burden. I noticed that behavior with anyone that came up to bar so it wasn’t just us. Will not be returning for the service at all, probably pick up if anything

Never go before a concert, unless you're willing to wait over 30 min for 2 beers, never receive water you ask for and don't receive food for almost an hour. then no apology at the end. We will be making other plans prior to concerts going forward . There were only 2 bartenders which slowed everything down, this was just a porrly managed restaurant on what would be a predictably busy night before a concert

Although Brewdog had a limited menu due to a special occasion (concert nights the restaurant only offers burgers and wings and a few salad choices), we still enjoyed our dinner prior to the Tesla show. The wings are pretty remarkable (buttermilk and breaded to a perfect crisp) and the beer selection was excellent. The Brewdog seemed a bit short on staff but we were still taken care as the staff checked in us often. I would definitely recommend this brewpub for pre-concert eats.
