Very limited staff, took 28 minutes to get 1 beer and 2 wines. Meal took 30 min or more. Training staff and order had to be questioned twice by trainers asking to confirm. Total let down from our previous dinners. Wine list was being redone so very limited wine selection. Very disappointed.

We always enjoy dining at Brio‘s as our dining selections have always been well done and the service has been very good. We do always order the calamari and did find it to be a little lacking this time as it seemed to be a bit rubbery and a large part of it was small bits and pieces. That was unusual and was the only thing disappointing with this visit.

Super slow. There was only one waitress with too many tables to wait on. We invariably got served and the food was very good.

Came for my dad’s birthday dinner. Got seated quickly but took a long time to get water after we were seated. It took longer getting water than it was getting our food. We got the calamari and it was overcooked, oily and too chewy. I ordered the Sicilian shrimp spaghetti. It was like warm and shrimp wasn’t very flavorful. All the mixing in the dish were also like warm. I could see the steam coming from other dishes at our table but disappointed with my dish. Lastly, I put in our reservation we were celebrating my dad’s birthday and no recognition, no offer for a birthday treat, which I overheard other tables getting for a birthday and an anniversary. I won’t be coming back.

Alicia was our server and she was phenomenal! She was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. She wasn't pushy to turn the table either... Allowing us to enjoy our dinner and conversation at a pace we enjoyed. Will be back and will ask for her again.
