The wait staff was really nice. However, after we ordered our food as a group, it seems as though it took a long time. This was a birthday party and I informed how many people will possibly be there. Maybe they were short of help. When we received our food, it was horrible. No one liked their food, including the birthday boy, which was my son. I don't know what happened, but it was horrible. The manager and Becky, the waitress kept apologizing. But you guys were not the cook. There was also mold found in my daughter's drink which was horrifying. The head coach of Clear Creek High school showed up and he refused to order food after hearing all of our complaints. So he just left. The table had bird droppings on it. However, someone came to clean that. Again, the waitstaff were very friendly and nice. It was just the food was horrible. Thank you, but no thanks!!

We had a party of 20 with reservations. The entire party's food was cold to the touch when we finally got it after about an hour. They remade it which took an additional hour. Then only discounted the bill a minor amount. Terrible experience overall.

We made a reservation and when we checked in at the hostess stand were told by 3 young girls that they didn’t take reservations and that it would be an hour wait. I showed them my reservation on OpenTable and the girl managing the list said it didn’t matter and that she could add me to the waitlist. We were 15th on the list and waited for at least 30 minutes. My husband went back in the restaurant and the line to even talk to the hostesses was out of control. While waiting he spoke with a server who happened to be a manager and she sat us in her section. Thank goodness for her!! The whole evening turned around because of her willingness to be helpful. Why does Bubba Gump offer reservations if they don’t honor them? Kemah is a very busy area so they need to get their act together and retrain the hostesses because it seemed as if they were intentionally blocking service that night.

Dinner and appetizer was ice cold. Had a bad taste and the shrimp was dried out and rubbery.

We waiting hours for second enter was to be Ribeye Steak with stuffed shrimp we waited 1 hour n 15 mins then waiter brought poor a plate of Ribs with fries ???we said not what we ordered he asked us Was we sure we said yes you don’t order Well done Ribs but Steak you do we pointed to the picture of ribeye on Menu when we ordered then he didn’t wanna give any disc or free item for delay my guest watched me eat my food other food came not fair her first time in Texas n I brought her to Bubba Gump restaurant n that’s how we were treated!! Never again!!

The food was awful, the waiter barely came by, and the price of the food wasn’t worth it. The quality of the food has gone down so much these past few years and it taste frozen and gross now.
