Ann was amazing great recommendations food was outstanding. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you Ann :)
It was my 40th birthday and my party was running late. The restaurant was accommodating to my time change and still worked out seating me late. The view was beautiful and I enjoyed the half chicken (yuummm). The food took a while to come to the table and the lamb portion that one of my friends had, was not comparable to the price. The place was very busy and noisy so it was hard to talk at the table but overall it was a good experience. The waiter was very nice and respectful but he was still a little off. Maybe it was because the restaurant was super busy. We ended up coming back later for the bar so overall I enjoyed myself.
We had a very nice anniversary celebration. The food was very tasty and the service was on excellent. We enjoyed our dinner very much.
They changed chefs and lost everything about it that made it special
Great experience. The food was good. Especially the scallops.
The drinks, food, and view was amazing. I will definitely be back.
The quality of the ingredients really showed in the final dishes. Felt like our waiter was a little overwhelmed because as our meal went on we saw him less as more people were being seated. The Rockfish ceviche was too die for. Don’t know if our expectations were just too high, thought it was going to be a romantic dinner, but it was enjoyable and definitely worth trying, but won’t go back for dinner due to the noise level.
New menu is not worth it anymore.
The service and server was outstanding.the garden salad was not worth very tiny size.overall everything else was perfect.will come back.
Food was delicious, server was amazing, great whiskey selection, mixed drinks on point. Definitely would go back for special occasions. It's definitely expensive but 100% worth it
Bygone was recommended by a family member. I was unable to get dinner reservations while in town so I opted for brunch and we were not disappointed. Our server Rachel was phenomenal and the view made the experience that much better.
An amazing Brunch and Birthday celebration. The Brunch menu was limited but items provided were well chosen. Beautiful ambiance, gorgeous cocktails and exquisite views. romantic tables for two and lounge like seating along the windows with group seating within the interior and outdoors (patio) all separated just so. Something for any 5 star occasion.
Great everything! Our waitress Rachael was very accommodating and attentive. View from our table was amazing.
Great location great service me and my fiancé we enjoyed our dinner. Prices acceptable. Strongly recommend
All around excellence!
Great place, great views, wait staff very nice, be back
The waiter was not attentive. Made us feel like our time, money and presence meant nothing. It was not a good experience. I expected better. I had friends in from Ohio, we were all disappointed in our service. We still tipped 20%, but it was NOT deserved.
Excellent customer service. I would love to come back.
Honestly, the food was extremely bland. Nothing really had a significant taste to it. Not even the oysters. Very limited condiments. Very small menu. Beautiful Scenery but not worth the money.
Honestly, when mistreatment happens to me personally, not to others, I rarely call it out, because I’ve realized it is part of America’s history and present story. I’ve learned to live with it unfortunately. However, after what I witnessed after taking my husband out for a birthday dinner and spending over $350.00 at Bygone, I thought it was at least worth writing a review to share with others who may have the same experience at here. I can’t BELIEVE the 4 seasons brand would allow blatant racism to exist in their own building.
I saw with my own eyes, the servers/waiters literally watch who the hostess sat down and they rolled their eyes and go back and forth with one another about who should get the table (if the group are African-Americans, or women, etc.) and if they are White or another ‘preferred’ group, they want that table.
While my husband and I were seated, our waitress hardly greeted us, did not go over the menu, rushed us to order, while I watched the table from across our way (with a white couple) have an outstanding greeting from an energetic waiter and 5-star service. It was truly heartbreaking. Then, two Black women came in and were sat in the back and I saw 5 servers arguing with one another about not wanting to take them as customers.
It was a horrible sight to see. However, simply because it was my husband’s birthday, I took a deep breath and tried to enjoy the evening. I asked the waitress to please review the menu and she finally did. I just observed the difference in how the people of color were treated in the restaurant. I’ve never witnessed anything like this. I still tipped the waitress over $70 however it was not earned from the treatment we received at dinner. It was disheartening. Needless to say, we will never return to Bygone. Bygone should BE GONE!
The best view in all of baltimore! Service from Alex was incredible and the food and drinks were good. Portion sizes were on the smaller side so don’t come starving but delicious food on the new menu!
Anil was out server, and he was amazing! The staff really ensures you have a great time, and the view is spectacular! I had a passionfruit mojito mocktail, and it was delicious! The house bread is fantastic as well, and my friend and I definitely took lots of pics
Drove up from Virginia to celebrate my Boyfriends birthday. Everyone we encountered said happy birthday to him. We were seated at the best table with an excellent view of the harbor. Our waitress was Rachel and she was excellent!!!!! Paid attention to every detail but gave us enough space to spent time alone together taking in the view. The food was over the top. Definitely one of my new favorite places to eat when we are in the area. As a physician I felt comfortable that the tables were spaced apart and COVID protocols were maintained. Thank you for making my boyfriends birthday memorable.
The ambiance is rich- great view, low key music, candle lit tables, crushed velvet, lush curtains, and pretty furniture everywhere. The drinks are expensive but worth it, really delicious and thoughtfully made. The staff are well prepared to answer questions and are ready to offer suggestions based on your interests. Every single bite of food we had was just as good as the last one- flavorful, skillfully prepared, and very much worth the price.
I was looking for a romantic date night restaurant and was lucky enough to get a gorgeous window seat. We watched the sun setting over the harbor and Bygones view is unlike anywhere else- wow!
Basically, if you want quiet, chill, romantic vibes for a dinner but also exceptional food and drinks, this is your place. Come prepared to spend some money on dinner but know that its totally worth it. The table bread is a house made challah-like loaf (except denser and a little crustier) with a honey sea salt? Butter that is just magical. When all is done, step out onto the deck and check out the views from the outside. Bygone is a must!
Bygone was amazing! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the menu was very small. However, everything that we did order was AMAZING! The venue was absolutely beautiful!
Had a lovely experience during their brunch service. The views of Baltimore are excellent.
Had a celebratory brunch for two. The crab eggs Benedict was quite good; the florentine (spinach) was creamed spinach which made the English muffin so soggy it was not good. also, no Canadian bacon/ham on the eggs Benedict, although later learned one can ask for that traditional component, if one knows it is not to be completed.
Service was cheery, but not particularly professional, several things forgotten.
We got there early, was not crowded.
Beautiful space and view.
Might return for drinks at the bar, which looked like it would be fun.
Will be better if start having a vegetarian and vegan menu
As I told the restaurant in their request for review, the bar service as we waited for our table was awful. The view is obviously awesome. And the service at our dinner table was impeccable. He did an awesome job. The food, however, was not consistent. My prime rib had excellent flavor, but was not done the way I had asked for it (too rare and chewy). The other person's crab louie was a different interpretation that we had seen anywhere before. So while the crab and flavoring was good, the salad was mixed like a tossed salad you'd get at a lesser place. For an Atlas restaurant, I was frankly surprised as we like their other locations such as Ouzo Bay (a go-to for us from the beginning), Tagliata, Azumi etc. I would go back for the view and the anticipation that the meal would be better.
Amazing food, amazing drinks, great service and beautiful view of the city.
The service was superb, the food was amazing. I had a beautiful dining experience 😘
nice friendly staff. food was great
Amazing food and they were able to arrange a special dish for me for my dietary needs. Lovely staff, made us feel very welcome and celebrate a special occasion with us.
I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT FROM THE DECOR, MY WAITER, MY WINE , THE GIRL GREETING YOU AT THE FRONT. 💙💙💙 I’ll be back. 💙💙💙
It was our first time to visit for Sunday branch. Views are spectacular and the stuffs are very friendly and informative. The stake was little overcooked.
The perfect restaurant for a special occasion. It is expensive, but the quality, the view, and service are outstanding!
Fantastic restaurant. Had a great evening celebrating 16 year anniversary.
Was a Perfect evening. Parked in The garage parking. Promptly shown our table. Great drinks and food. Staff was friendly and accomodating.
