Nuestro camarero era muy inexperto; él nos ofreció un servicio bueno como persona ; pero no sabía ni sugerir algo de comer o de tomar ; deben invertir ustedes en un mejor entrenamiento y velar porque el personal conozca sus productos. En general es un lugar muy bonito con muchos detalles ; me gustó mucho .

Food was decent. Unfortunately service was poor. Forgot one of our mains. Took a while for any service. Also they automatically charge 18% to the bill which goes to all the staff. Then they tell you to add additional 3-7% for the server. No incentive for good service.

The restaurant is clearly miss managed. They didn’t have anyone manning the entrance to seat people. Even with reservations it took us 25 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not busy but poorly organized.

The first choice that ordered they didn't have because the had no chicken. Then I picked something else and they didn't have that either. Not real happy with what I had it was just okay. They need to be more prepared.

We decided to visit to celebrate our latest business venture’s success for the location and the vegetarian taco options. There was no host and the main door was locked. We were about to leave when a server motioned us tot he back room/bar. Once seated, it took 15 minutes to order anything and another 10 to get the chips and salsa we ordered. The second appetizer came out after our entrees which all came out separately about 5-10 minutes after each other. Such a strange experience. The food was lukewarm, the chorizo on the nachos was maybe 1/4 cup and sprinkled around like black pepper, our drinks sat empty even after asking the server for refills twice, and it still cost us just shy of $90 for three of us. Avoid this place! There are so many better options in the area!

The food was Really good and authentic tasting. My family and I all had street tacos the Al pastor and carnitas were the best. The ambiance is so chill yet lively because of the decor and colors. Our waiter was a sweetheart! The food is filling but not over filling. The price is moderate. I would definitely come here again for any occasion.

The bar took FOREVER to get our drinks. My husband drank two bottles of beer before my one margarita made it to the table. Server didn’t even ask if I wanted a water while I waited. Service is slow and unapologetic, probably because gratuity automatically added to check. Very limited menu. Food was just ok. Prices high. Don’t plan to return. But the restaurant is super cute

We made a reservation for Mother’s Day. I took my whole family out there. Food was cold. Service was terrible. Food came out one by one instead of all together. And expensive. Terrible first experience and terrible mother day experience. We ended up going to Don Julio’s 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

The server kept forgetting about us. We were a group of 8 for my daughter’s birthday. The girls got anxious to leave since they took an hour just to get food then another 30 minutes to get her birthday dessert. Would definitely not do again. Food came out cold and hard.

There’s no denying the place is absolutely beautiful! I had great expectations when going to Cantina Catrina, however, the service was subpar, the food I thought was too expensive for the food portion received. The restaurant decor is out of this world!!

We had a great experience here. I want to start by saying that they have really cool activities packs fir kids! Crayons, coloring book, stickers, little playing cards, and play dough! My 3 year old was so preoccupied the entire meal, she shushed me like I was bothering her lol! Very large portions, very tasty food, and wonderful service! And topped off with a cute little coffin that the check comes rolled up in! People kept stopping to takes pics with the skeletons set up through out the restaurant. We will definitely be back!
